Abstract

An oscillating device including a vibrating table, an actuator configured to oscillate the vibrating table in a first direction, a coupling mechanism configured to couple the vibrating table with the actuator in such a manner that the vibrating table is movable relative to the actuator in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and a counter balancer attached to the vibrating table and configured to compensate an imbalance of an oscillated portion including at least the vibrating table, the imbalance being caused by attaching the coupling mechanism to the vibrating table.

Claims (62)

1. An oscillating device comprising:

4. The oscillating device according to claim 1 , wherein the cushion includes an elastomer.

5. The oscillating device according to claim 1 , wherein the cushion includes a spacer configured to support the weight of the first counter balancer.

6. The oscillating device according to claim 1 , wherein:

the first counter balancer includes a plurality of bolts configured to fasten the weight to the second side of the vibrating table, and the plurality of bolts are disposed at intervals equal to or less than 100 mm.

7. The oscillating device according to claim 6 , wherein the plurality of bolts are disposed at intervals equal to or less than 50 mm.

8. The oscillating device according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a second actuator configured to oscillate the vibrating table in the second direction;

a third actuator configured to oscillate the vibrating table in a third direction;

a second slide coupling attached to a third side of the vibrating table between the second actuator such that the vibrating table is configured to slideably move relative to the second actuator in the first direction and the third direction;

a third slide coupling attached to a fourth side of the vibrating table between the third actuator such that the vibrating table is configured to slideably move relative to the third actuator in the first direction and the second direction; and

a second counter balancer attached to the vibrating table and configured to compensate a second imbalance of the oscillated portion, the second imbalance being caused by attaching the third slide coupling to the vibrating table,

wherein the vibrating table is configured to slideably move relative to the first actuator in the third direction.

9. The oscillating device according to claim 8 , wherein:
