Abstract

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus allowing a simultaneous transmission of control signals in a wireless communication system.

Claims (25)

1 . A method for a user equipment to simultaneously transmit control signals, the method comprising:

generating ACK/NACK information indicating whether downlink transmission is received; and

when a scheduling request and the ACK/NACK information are simultaneously transmitted, transmitting the ACK/NACK information through an uplink control channel resource for a first antenna using the first antenna, and transmitting the ACK/NACK information through an uplink control channel resource for a second antenna using the second antenna.

2 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the uplink control channel resource for the first antenna and the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna correspond to resources configured for transmission of a scheduling request, or

one of the uplink control channel resource for the first antenna and the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna corresponds to a resource configured for transmission of a scheduling request, and the other corresponds to a resource configured for transmission of an ACK/NACK.

3 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising:

receiving configuration information of the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna.

4 . The method as claimed claim 1 , further comprising:

determining the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna based on a resource where downlink control information is located or information included in the downlink control information.

5 . A user equipment, comprising:

a control signal generating unit to generate ACK/NACK information indicating whether downlink transmission is received; and

a transceiving unit to transmit the ACK/NACK information through an uplink control channel resource for a first antenna using the first antenna and to transmit ACK/NACK information through an uplink control channel resource for a second antenna using the second antenna, when a scheduling request and the ACK/NACK information are simultaneously transmitted.

6 . The user equipment as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the uplink control channel resource for the first antenna and the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna correspond to resources configured for transmission of a scheduling request, or

one of the uplink control channel resource for the first antenna and the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna corresponds to a resource configured for transmission of a scheduling request and the other corresponds to a resource configured for ACK/NACK transmission.

7 . The user equipment as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the transceiving unit receives configuration information of the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna.

8 . The user equipment as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the transceiving unit determines the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna, based on a resource where downlink control information is located or information included in the downlink control information.

9 . A method for a base station to receive a control signal, the method comprising:

receiving control information through an uplink control channel resource for a first antenna of a user equipment and an uplink control channel resource for a second antenna of the user equipment when the user equipment simultaneously transmits a scheduling request and ACK/NACK information indicating whether downlink transmission is received; and

decoding the control information.

10 . The method as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the uplink control channel resource for the first antenna and the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna correspond to resources configured for transmission of a scheduling request; or

one of the uplink control channel resource for the first antenna and the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna corresponds to a resource configured for transmission of a scheduling request, and the other corresponds to a resource configured for transmission of an ACK/NACK.

11 . The method as claimed in claim 9 , further comprising:

transmitting configuration information of the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna.

12 . The method as claimed in claim 9 , further comprising:

determining a resource where downlink control information is located or information included in the downlink control information, so as to indicate the uplink control channel resource for the second antenna.
