Abstract

A method applied into a wireless Bluetooth device includes: receiving a particular packet from an audio gateway through a first piconet; receiving a first acknowledgement from a secondary device through a second piconet, the first acknowledgement corresponding to a retransmission of the particular packet; and transmitting a second acknowledgement corresponding to the particular packet to the audio gateway through the first piconet when the particular packet is received through the first piconet and the first acknowledgement corresponding to the retransmission of the particular packet is received through the second piconet.

Claims (20)

1. A method applied into a wireless Bluetooth device, comprising:

receiving a particular packet from an audio gateway through a first piconet;

receiving a first acknowledgement from a secondary device through a second piconet, the first acknowledgement corresponding to a retransmission of the particular packet; and

transmitting a second acknowledgement corresponding to the particular packet to the audio gateway through the first piconet when the particular packet is received through the first piconet and the first acknowledgement corresponding to the retransmission of the particular packet is received through the second piconet.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the particular packet from the audio gateway through the first piconet is received at a first time slot, and the retransmission of the particular packet is received by the secondary device at a second time slot which is different from the first time slot.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second time slot is later than the first time slot, and the second acknowledgement is transmitted to the audio gateway through the first piconet at a specific time slot next to the second time slot.

4. A method applied into a wireless Bluetooth device, comprising:

receiving a first acknowledgement corresponding to a particular packet from a secondary device through a second piconet;

receiving a retransmission of the particular packet from an audio gateway through a first piconet; and

transmitting a second acknowledgement corresponding to the retransmission of the particular packet to the audio gateway through the first piconet when the retransmission of the particular packet is received through the first piconet and the first acknowledgement corresponding to the particular packet is received through the second piconet.

5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the retransmission of the particular packet from the audio gateway through the first piconet is received at a first time slot, and the first acknowledgement corresponding to the particular packet is received at a second time slot which is different from the first time slot.

6. The method of claim 4 , wherein the second time slot is earlier than the first time slot, and the second acknowledgement is transmitted to the audio gateway through the first piconet at a specific time slot next to the first time slot.

7. A controller of a wireless Bluetooth device, the controller to be coupled to a communication circuit of the wireless Bluetooth device, the communication circuit to be used for transmitting or receiving a signal, and the controller comprises:

a memory, configured for storing information; and

a processor, coupled to the memory, for controlling the communication circuit to:

receive a particular packet from an audio gateway through a first piconet;

receive a first acknowledgement from a secondary device through a second piconet, the first acknowledgement corresponding to a retransmission of the particular packet; and

transmit a second acknowledgement corresponding to the particular packet to the audio gateway through the first piconet when the particular packet is received through the first piconet and the first acknowledgement corresponding to the retransmission of the particular packet is received through the second piconet.

8. The controller of claim 7 , wherein the particular packet from the audio gateway through the first piconet is received at a first time slot, and the retransmission of the particular packet is received by the secondary device at a second time slot which is different from the first time slot.

9. The controller of claim 7 , wherein the second time slot is later than the first time slot, and the second acknowledgement is transmitted to the audio gateway through the first piconet at a specific time slot next to the second time slot.
