Abstract

The present invention provides a resource management method and system thereof. The resource management method includes: judging whether the variation degree of work state of a communication system will result in the change of resource management information of the communication system or not, if so, then the resource management information is re-collected, wherein the resource management information includes the state, the interference state among links and service stream information relating to each node in the communication system; and determining the resource allocation strategy of the communication system according to the resource management information.

Claims (34)

1. A resource management device in a wireless communication system, the wireless communication system including a primary system network and a secondary system network, the device comprising:

circuitry configured to

collect resource management information of communication resources in at least one of the primary system network, and the secondary system network, the primary system network having a higher priority than the secondary system network regarding a sharing of a communication resource with the secondary system network as long as the sharing does not interfere with an operation of the primary system network,

create cluster information according to a cluster policy that describes a group of communication resources for the secondary system network that communicate in links having common attributes and occupy a predetermined bandwidth, wherein

in creating the cluster information, the circuitry

identifies a bandwidth requirement to support the links assigned to communications resources in the secondary system network, and

maintains the cluster information for the secondary system network while there is no change in primary system network operation that would change an inference relationship between the secondary system network and primary system network.

2. The resource management device according to claim 1 , wherein

the circuitry is configured to:

re-collect updated resource management information based on a change in status of at least one of the primary system network and at least a part of the secondary system network.

3. The resource management device according to claim 2 , wherein the change in status includes a change of bandwidth allocated to the secondary system network.

4. The resource management device according to claim 2 , wherein a change in status includes a change of operation of the system network that creates an interference with the group of communication resources for the secondary system network.

5. The resource management device according to claim 1 , wherein

the resource management information includes at least one of traffic flow, interference status between links, and statuses of nodes.

6. The resource management device according to claim 5 , wherein

the interference status between the links are collected according to a transceiver configuration of nodes in the communication system.

7. The resource management device according to claim 5 , wherein

the interference status between the links are collected based on whether signal coverages of the links overlap with one another.

8. A method for managing resources in a wireless communication system, the wireless communication system including a primary system network and a secondary system network, the method comprising:

collecting with circuitry resource management information of communication resources in at least one of the primary system network, and the secondary system network, the primary system network having a higher priority than the secondary system network regarding a sharing of a communication resource with the secondary system network as long as the sharing does not interfere with an operation of the primary system network;

creating with the circuitry cluster information according to a cluster policy that describes a group of communication resources for the secondary system network that communicate in links having common attributes and occupy a predetermined bandwidth, wherein

in creating the cluster information, the method further comprising

identifying a bandwidth requirement to support the links assigned to communications resources in the secondary system network, and

maintaining the cluster information for the secondary system network while there is no change in primary system network operation that would change an inference relationship between the secondary system network and primary system network.

9. The method according to claim 8 , further comprising

re-collecting updated resource management information based on a change in status of at least one of the primary system network and at least a part of the secondary system network.

10. The method according to claim 9 , wherein the change in status includes a change of bandwidth allocated to the secondary system network.

11. The method according to claim 9 , wherein a change in status includes a change of operation of the system network that creates an interference with the group of communication resources for the secondary system network.

12. The method according to claim 8 , wherein

the resource management information includes at least one of traffic flow, interference status between links, and statuses of nodes.

13. The method according to claim 12 , wherein

the interference status between the links are collected according to a transceiver configuration of nodes in the communication system.

14. The method according to claim 12 , wherein

the interference status between the links are collected based on whether signal coverages of the links overlap with one another.
