Surface-mountable razor holder

1. A surface-mountable razor holder comprising:

a rear surface to mount to an external surface;

a front surface sized and shaped to conform to a portion of a handle of a shaving razor proximate one or more razor blades of the shaving razor, wherein the front surface further comprises a perimeter portion that slopes from a portion of the front surface towards the rear surface; and

a magnet to secure the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades to the portion of the front surface.

2. The surface-mountable razor holder of claim 1 , wherein the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades of the shaving razor corresponds to a first sidewall of the shaving razor and has a first slope.

3. The surface-mountable razor holder of claim 2 , wherein the magnet is to secure the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades to a portion of the front surface, wherein the portion of the front surface has a second slope to conform to the first slope of the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades.

4. The surface-mountable razor holder of claim 1 , wherein responsive to the portion of the handle being secured to the surface-mountable razor holder, the handle is substantially parallel to the external surface.

5. The surface-mountable razor holder of claim 1 , wherein the handle is to be removed from the surface-mountable razor holder by moving the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades substantially perpendicularly away from the front surface to unsecure the handle from the magnet.

6. The surface-mountable razor holder of claim 1 , wherein the handle is to be slidably removed from the surface-mountable razor holder by moving the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades laterally along the front surface to unsecure the handle from the magnet.

7. A system comprising:

a shaving razor comprising a handle, wherein a portion of the handle is proximate one or more razor blades of the shaving razor; and

a surface-mountable razor holder comprising:

a rear surface to mount to an external surface;

a front surface sized and shaped to conform to the portion of the handle of the shaving razor that is proximate the one or more razor blades of the shaving razor, wherein the front surface further comprises a perimeter portion that slopes from a portion of the front surface towards the rear surface; and

a magnet to secure the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades to the portion of the front surface.

8. The system of claim 7 , wherein the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades of the shaving razor corresponds to a first sidewall of the shaving razor and has a first slope.

9. The system of claim 8 , wherein the magnet is to secure the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades to the portion of the front surface, wherein the portion of the front surface has a second slope to conform to the first slope of the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades.

10. The system of claim 7 , wherein responsive to the portion of the handle being secured to the surface-mountable razor holder, the handle is substantially parallel to the external surface.

11. The system of claim 7 , wherein the handle is to be removed from the surface-mountable razor holder by moving the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades substantially perpendicularly away from the front surface to unsecure the handle from the magnet.

12. The system of claim 7 , wherein the handle is to be slidably removed from the surface-mountable razor holder by moving the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades laterally along the front surface to unsecure the handle from the magnet.

13. A method comprising:

mounting a rear surface of a surface-mountable razor holder to an external surface; and

removably attaching a portion of a handle of a shaving razor proximate one or more razor blades of the shaving razor to a portion of a front surface of the surface-mountable razor holder via magnetic attraction between the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades of the shaving razor and a magnet disposed in a cavity formed by the surface-mountable razor holder, wherein the front surface comprises a perimeter portion that slopes from the portion of the front surface towards the rear surface.

14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades of the shaving razor corresponds to a first sidewall of the shaving razor and has a first slope.

15. The method of claim 14 , wherein the magnet is to secure the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades to a portion of the front surface, wherein the portion of the front surface has a second slope to conform to the first slope of the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades.

16. The method of claim 13 , wherein responsive to the portion of the handle being secured to the surface-mountable razor holder, the handle is substantially parallel to the external surface.

17. The method of claim 13 further comprising one or more of:

moving the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades substantially perpendicularly away from the front surface to unsecure the handle from the magnet to unsecure the handle from the magnet; or

slidably moving the portion of the handle of the shaving razor proximate the one or more razor blades laterally along the front surface to unsecure the handle from the magnet.
