Sulfoximine glycosidase inhibitors
Compounds of formula (I), wherein A, R, W, Q, n, and m have the meaning according to the claims, can be employed, inter alia, for the treatment of tauopathies and Alzheimer's disease.
1. A compound, (2-(4-(1-(benzo[d]thiazol-5-yl)ethyl)piperazin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl) (imino)(methyl)-λ 6 -sulfanone,
or a tautomer, enantiomer, racemate, stereoisomer, or a compound of the above formula wherein one or more H atoms are replaced by D (deuterium), including mixtures thereof in all ratios.
2. A pharmaceutically usable salt of (2-(4-(1-(benzo[d]thiazol-5-yl)ethyl)piperazin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl) (imino)(methyl)-λ 6 -sulfanone or any of its tautomers, enantiomers, racemates or stereoisomers.
3. The pharmaceutically usable salt of the compound of claim 2 , or any of its tautomers or enantiomers, racemates or stereoisomers, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is acetate, adipate, alginate, arginate, aspartate, benzoate, benzenesulfonate, bisulfate, bisulfite, bromide, butyrate, camphorate, camphorsulfonate, caprate, caprylate, chloride, chlorobenzoate, citrate, cyclamate, cinnamate, cyclopentanepropionate, digluconate, dihydrogenphosphate, dinitrobenzoate, dodecylsulfate, ethanesulfonate, formate, glycolate, fumarate, galacterate, galacturonate, glucoheptanoate, gluconate, glutamate, glycerophosphate, hemisuccinate, hemisulfate, heptanoate, hexanoate, hippurate, hydrochloride, hydrobromide, hydroiodide, 2-hydroxyethanesulfonate, iodide, isethionate, isobutyrate, lactate, lactobionate, malate, maleate, malonate, mandelate, metaphosphate, methanesulfonate, methylbenzoate, monohydrogenphosphate, 2-naphthalenesulfonate, nicotinate, nitrate, oxalate, oleate, palmoate, pectinate, persulfate, phenylacetate, 3-phenylpropionate, phosphate, phosphonate or phthalate.
