A new Buddleia plant particularly distinguished by hot magenta colored flowers on very upright shoots, growth is very fastigiate in nature, flower panicles are semi-indeterminate, is disclosed.

1. A new and distinct variety of Buddleia plant named ‘PODARASNGA2’ as illustrated and described herein.
