Abstract
Provided herein are methods for identifying a subject with cancer for treatment with a Psap peptides. The subject is identified based on a level of CD36. Also provided herein are compositions and methods for treatment of a subject with cancer based on a level of CD36.
Claims (3)
1 . A method for evaluating a subject' s responsiveness to treatment ith a Psap peptide, the method comprising:
determining a level of CD36 in a sample obtained from a subject having cancer, wherein an elevated level of CD36 in the sample compared to a control level indicates that the subject is responsive to or likely to be responsive to treatment with a Psap peptide.
