Control device and non-transitory computer readable medium storing control program

1. A control device, comprising:

a processor, configured to:

determine a type of chat based on a number of users being included in a chat room with a chatbot, wherein an individual chat is determined in a case where the chat room includes only one user and the chatbot, and a group chat is determined in a case where the chat room includes a plurality of users and chatbot;

execute specific processing associated with first conditions in a case where information posted by a user satisfies the first conditions in the individual chat; and

not execute the specific processing in a case where only the first conditions are satisfied in the group chat and execute the specific processing in a case where second conditions different from the first conditions are satisfied in the group chat,

wherein the specific processing includes an image forming process on a file included in the information posted in the chat room,

wherein the first conditions are set to posting of the file by the user, and the second conditions are set to posting of an execution instruction, which is an instruction to execute the specific processing, either before or after posting of the file in addition to the posting of the file by the user, and

wherein the processor performs control to execute the specific processing by including a file posted within a first period from the execution instruction or a file, which is posted within the first period from the execution instruction between the execution instruction and another execution instruction before or after the execution instruction, as a target of the specific processing.

2. The control device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the processor performs control to include a file posted in a second period from any of files to be subjected to the specific processing, which is a period until another execution instruction is posted, as a target of the specific processing.

3. The control device according to claim 2 ,

wherein the first period is set to be shorter than the second period.

4. The control device according to claim 3 ,

wherein the processor performs control to execute the specific processing in a case where a user who has posted the execution instruction and a user who has posted a file are the same person.

5. The control device according to claim 2 ,

wherein the processor performs control to execute the specific processing in a case where a user who has posted the execution instruction and a user who has posted a file are the same person.

6. The control device according to claim 2 ,

wherein the processor performs control to execute the specific processing by setting a first time until the specific processing is executed after the first conditions are satisfied in the individual chat to be longer than a second time until the specific processing is executed after the second conditions are satisfied in the group chat.

7. The control device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the processor performs control to execute the specific processing in a case where a user who has posted the execution instruction and a user who has posted the file are the same person.

8. The control device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the processor performs control to execute the specific processing by setting a first time until the specific processing is executed after the first conditions are satisfied in the individual chat to be longer than a second time until the specific processing is executed after the second conditions are satisfied in the group chat.

9. The control device according to claim 1 ,

wherein, in a case where posting that satisfies the first conditions but does not satisfy the second conditions in the group chat is performed by a user, the processor performs posting for inquiring of the user about necessity of execution of the specific processing and controls whether or not to execute the specific processing according to a response posted from the user with respect to the inquiry regarding execution of the specific processing.

10. The control device according to claim 1 ,

in a case where the file is posted by the user, the processor performs control to determine that the first conditions are satisfied regardless of an attribute of the posted file in the individual chat and determine that the second conditions are satisfied in a case where the attribute of the posted file satisfies third conditions in the group chat.

11. The control device according to claim 10 ,

wherein the third conditions are set such that the posted file is already shared among users participating in the group chat.

12. The control device according to claim 11 ,

wherein the processor performs control to determine that the posted file is shared among the users participating in the group chat in a case where the posted file is the same file as an already posted file in the group chat.

13. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a control program causing a computer to function as:
