Recombinant human-basic fibroblast growth factor (rh-bFGF) and pharmaceutical composition comprising rh-bFGF
Provided are a mutated nucleic acid molecule of a recombinant human-basic fibroblast growth factor (rh-bFGF), a pharmaceutical composition of the rh-bFGF, and a use thereof.
1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the recombinant human-basic fibroblast growth factor of SEQ ID NO: 5 and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients comprising heparin sodium and human serum albumin (HSA) as stabilizers, wherein the composition comprises 25.0-75.0 μg/mL of heparin sodium and 0.01-10.0 mg/mL of human serum albumin.
2. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , which is an ophthalmic composition.
3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 comprising:

5. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , which is in the form of an eye drop or a gel.
