HNF4A saRNA compositions and methods of use
The invention relates to saRNA targeting an HNF4a transcript and therapeutic compositions comprising said saRNA. Methods of using the therapeutic compositions are also provided.
1. A synthetic isolated saRNA which up-regulates expression of HNF4a gene, wherein the saRNA is double-stranded and comprises an antisense strand and a sense strand, wherein the antisense strand comprises SEQ ID No. 136, and wherein the sense strand comprises SEQ ID No. 135.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the synthetic isolated saRNA of claim 1 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , further comprising a CYP450 inducer.
4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3 , wherein the CYP450 inducer is rifampicin.
