Cosmetic container device
A cosmetic container device includes an exterior body and an inner capsule for storing a cosmetic product. The inner capsule may be received in the exterior body. An outer cap removably coupled to a first end of the exterior body may include an application device for removing and applying the cosmetic product stored within the inner capsule. The cosmetic container device may further include an end cap removably coupled to a second end of the exterior body. The cosmetic container device may further include one or more fixation devices for removably securing the inner capsule to the end cap. Removal of the end cap from the exterior body may allow the inner capsule to be removed from the exterior body, so that the cosmetic container device can be refilled by replacing the inner capsule.
1. A cosmetic container device for storing a cosmetic product, comprising:
an exterior body having a first end, a second end, and a throughpassage extending from an opening in the first end to an opening in the second end of the exterior body;
an outer cap removably coupled to the first end of the exterior body;
an inner capsule disposed in the exterior body for storing the cosmetic product, the inner capsule having an opening in a first end and a second closed end, wherein a cavity within the inner capsule is accessible through the opening at the first end; and
an end cap removably coupled to the second end of the exterior body,
wherein the inner capsule further comprises at least one notch, and the exterior body further comprises at least one groove, the at least one notch of the inner capsule configured to engage with the at least one groove of the exterior body to prevent rotation of the inner capsule relative to the exterior body when the inner capsule is disposed in the exterior body, and
wherein the inner capsule is configured to be removed from the exterior body through the opening at the second end of the exterior body when the end cap is detached from the exterior body.
2. The cosmetic container device of claim 1 , further comprising an elongated member coupled to the outer cap and extending into the cavity within the inner capsule.
3. The cosmetic container device of claim 2 , wherein an application device is attached to the elongated member, the application device configured to remove at least a portion of the cosmetic product from the inner capsule.
4. The cosmetic container device of claim 3 , wherein the application device is removably coupled to the elongated member.
5. The cosmetic container device of claim 1 , wherein the first end of the inner capsule is removably coupled to the outer cap.

The cosmetic container device of claim 1 , further comprising a wiper having an opening, the wiper configured to be at least partially installed in the cavity of the inner capsule, wherein the wiper is further configured to create a seal between the inner capsule and an inner cap, the inner cap located within the outer cap.
7. The cosmetic container device of claim 1 , wherein the inner capsule is configured to be replaced with another inner capsule storing another cosmetic product.
8. The cosmetic container device of claim 1 , wherein the second closed end of the inner capsule is removably coupled to the end cap.
9. The cosmetic container device of claim 8 , wherein the inner capsule is removably coupled to the end cap using one or more fixation devices.
10. The cosmetic container device of claim 9 , wherein at least a portion of the one or more fixation devices comprises a ferrous material adapted to removably couple the inner capsule to the end cap.
11. The cosmetic container device of claim 1 , further comprising at least one magnet for removably coupling the second closed end of the inner capsule to the end cap, the coupling of the second closed end of the inner capsule and the end cap configured such that the inner capsule is removed from the exterior body when the end cap is removed from the exterior body.
12. The cosmetic container device of claim 1 , wherein the inner capsule further comprises a securing mechanism to secure the inner capsule within the exterior body, the securing mechanism comprising the at least one notch of the inner capsule and the at least one groove of the exterior body.
13. A cosmetic container device for storing a cosmetic product, comprising:
an exterior body having a first end, a second end, and a throughpassage extending from an opening in the first end to an opening in the second end of the exterior body;
an outer cap removably coupled to the first end of the exterior body;
an inner capsule disposed in the exterior body for storing the cosmetic product, the inner capsule having an opening in a first end and a second closed end, wherein a cavity within the inner capsule is accessible through the opening at the first end; and
an end cap removably coupled to the second end of the exterior body, wherein the second closed end of the inner capsule is removably coupled to the end cap such that the second closed end of the inner capsule is coupled to the end cap for removal of the inner capsule from the exterior body,
wherein the inner capsule is configured to be removed from the exterior body through the opening at the second end of the exterior body when the end cap is detached from the exterior body.
14. The cosmetic container device of claim 13 , further comprising an elongated member coupled to the outer cap and extending into the cavity within the inner capsule.
15. The cosmetic container device of claim 14 , wherein an application device is attached to the elongated member, the application device configured to remove at least a portion of the cosmetic product from the inner capsule.
16. The cosmetic container device of claim 15 , wherein the application device is removably coupled to the elongated member.
17. The cosmetic container device of claim 13 , wherein the first end of the inner capsule is removably coupled to the outer cap.
18. The cosmetic container device of claim 13 , further comprising a wiper having an opening, the wiper configured to be at least partially installed in the cavity of the inner capsule, wherein the wiper is further configured to create a seal between the inner capsule and an inner cap, the inner cap located within the outer cap.
19. The cosmetic container device of claim 13 , further comprising at least one fixation device for removably coupling the second closed end of the inner capsule to the end cap, the coupling of the second closed end of the inner capsule and the end cap configured such that the inner capsule is removed from the exterior body when the end cap is removed from the exterior body.
20. The cosmetic container device of claim 13 , wherein the inner capsule further comprises a securing mechanism to secure the inner capsule within the exterior body, the securing mechanism comprising at least one notch of the inner capsule and at least one groove of the exterior body.
