Abstract

The present invention provides a compound of Formula (I) or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are PRMT5 inhibitors.

Claims (4)

1. A compound selected from one of the following,

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A composition for treating cancer comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

3. A method for treating cancer comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition of claim 2 .
