Nant cancer vaccine
Cancer is treated using coordinated treatment regimens that uses various compounds and compositions that drive a tumor from the escape phase of cancer immunoediting to the elimination and equilibrium phase of cancer immunoediting.
1. A method of treating cancer in a patient in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the patient a sequence of therapeutics, wherein the sequence comprises a platinum chemotherapeutic, Nab-paclitaxel, haNK cells, a means for binding PD-1, and IL-15 or IL-15N72D, wherein the means for binding PD-1 is an antibody.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the means for binding PD-1 is nivolumab.
3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the IL-15N72D is ALT-803.
4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the cancer is non-small cell lung cancer.
5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the sequence is administered in a 4-week cycle.
6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the platinum chemotherapeutic is administered on day 1 of the cycle.
7. The method of claim 5 , wherein the Nab-paclitaxel is administered on days 1, 8, and 15 of the cycle.
8. The method of claim 5 , wherein the nivolumab is administered on day 8 of the cycle.
9. The method of claim 6 , wherein the platinum chemotherapeutic, the nivolumab, and the Nab-paclitaxel are administered intravenously, and wherein the ALT-803 is administered subcutaneously.
10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is non-small cell lung cancer.
11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the sequence is administered in a 4-week cycle.
12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the platinum chemotherapeutic is administered on day 1 of the cycle.
13. The method of claim 11 , wherein the Nab-paclitaxel is administered on days 1, 8, and 15 of the cycle.
14. The method of claim 11 , wherein the nivolumab is administered on day 8 of the cycle.
15. The method of claim 12 , wherein the platinum chemotherapeutic, the nivolumab, the Nab-paclitaxel, and the haNK cells are administered intravenously, and wherein the ALT-803 is administered subcutaneously.
16. The method of claim 13 , wherein the haNK dose comprises 2×10 9 cells.
