Abstract

The present disclosure relates to mTOR inhibitors. Specifically, the embodiments are directed to compounds and compositions inhibiting mTOR, methods of treating diseases mediated by mTOR, and methods of synthesizing these compounds.

Claims (9)

1. A compound selected from the group consisting of:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or isomer thereof.

2. A compound selected from the group consisting of:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or isomer thereof.

3. A compound selected from the group consisting of:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or isomer thereof.

4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one of a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent, or excipient.

5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 2 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one of a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent, or excipient.

6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 3 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one of a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent, or excipient.
