Heterocyclic compounds and uses thereof
Provided herein are heterocyclic compounds of Formula (I), pharmaceutical compositions containing such a compound and their therapeutic uses, methods for their preparation, intermediate compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing such a compound, and their therapeutic uses.
1. A method for treating an inflammatory response to a viral infection comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of formula (II):
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 1 is (C 1 -C 3 )alkyl.
2. A method for treating an inflammatory response to a viral infection comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of formula:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the inflammatory response is to a coronavirus infection.
4. The method of claim 2 , wherein the inflammatory response is to a coronavirus infection.
5. A method for treating synovial sarcoma comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of formula (II):
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 1 is (C 1 -C 3 )alkyl.
6. A method for treating synovial sarcoma comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of formula:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
