a server rack comprising an interior void of cooled air;
at least one cartridge body a cartridge body girth and defining an outgoing airflow channel spanning said body girth and an incoming airflow channel; a first body impediment adapted to selectively obstruct said incoming channel; a second body impediment adapted to selectively obstruct said outgoing channel; and an actuator assembly adapted to dislocate said impediments; and
a server rack logic system adapted to sample environmental temperatures in fluid communication with said incoming airflow channel.
2 . The system of claim 1 wherein said actuator assembly is in physical linkage with a physical toggle externally positioned on said body.
3 . The system of claim 2 further comprising a thermal indicator in fluid communication with said incoming airflow channel and in electronic communication with said server rack logic unit.
