Uses of indolinone compounds
Methods and compositions for treating acute myeloid leukemia and diffuse large B cell lymphoma using combinations of venetoclax and indolinone derivatives are provided.
1. A method for inducing apoptosis in a cell comprising a myeloblast produced in acute myeloid leukemia or a lymphocyte produced in diffuse large B cell lymphoma, comprising contacting the cell with an effective amount of a combination of:
at least one therapeutic agent selected from the group consisting of bortezomib, idelalisib, vincristine, bendamustine, lidelalisib, PQR309, or selinexor; and
a compound having a structure:
or a stereoisomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or solvate thereof.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cell is a lymphocyte produced in diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
6. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising:
at least one therapeutic agent selected from the group consisting of bortezomib, idelalisib, vincristine, bendamustine, lidelalisib, PQR 309 , or selinexor; and
a compound having a structure:
or a stereoisomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or solvate thereof.
