1. A method of forming a dietary supplement, comprising steps of:
creating a composition of matter comprising a first ingredient of kava, a second ingredient of alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha GPC), and one of a third ingredient of stearate and a fourth ingredient of silicate; and
providing the composition of matter in one of a liquid and a solid form as the dietary supplement.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein providing the composition of matter includes filling a container with the composition of matter.
3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the container is a capsule.
4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition of matter further comprises the other of a third ingredient of stearate and a fourth ingredient of silicate.
5. The method of claim 4 , wherein providing the composition of matter includes filling a container with the composition of matter.
6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the container is a capsule.
7. A method of forming a dietary supplement, comprising steps of:
creating a composition of matter consisting essentially of a first ingredient of kava and a second ingredient of Alpha GPC; and
providing the composition of matter in one of a liquid and a solid form as the dietary supplement.
8. The method of claim 7 , wherein providing the composition of matter includes filling a container with the composition of matter.
9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the container is a capsule.
10. The method of claim 7 , wherein the composition of matter further consists essentially of one of a third ingredient of stearate and a fourth ingredient of silicate.
11. The method of claim 10 , wherein providing the composition of matter includes filling a container with the composition of matter.
12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the container is a capsule.
13. The method of claim 10 , wherein the composition of matter further consists essentially of the other of a third ingredient of stearate and a fourth ingredient of silicate.
14. The method of claim 13 , wherein providing the composition of matter includes filling a container with the composition of matter.
15. The method of claim 14 , wherein the container is a capsule.
16. A method of forming a dietary supplement, comprising steps of:
creating a composition of matter comprising a first ingredient of kava, a second ingredient of Alpha GPC, and a third ingredient of cytidine diphosphate-choline (CDP choline); and
providing the composition of matter in one of a liquid and a solid form as the dietary supplement.
17. The method of claim 16 , wherein providing the composition of matter includes filling a container with the composition of matter.
18. The method of claim 17 , wherein the container is a capsule.
19. The method of claim 16 , wherein the composition of matter further comprises a fourth ingredient of sakae naa.
20. The method of claim 19 , wherein providing the composition of matter includes filling a container with the composition of matter.
21. The method of claim 20 , wherein the container is a capsule.
22. The method of claim 19 , wherein providing the composition of matter includes filling a container with the composition of matter.
23. The method of claim 22 , wherein the container is a capsule.
24. A method of forming a dietary supplement, comprising steps of:
creating a composition of matter comprising a first ingredient of kava, a second ingredient of Alpha GPC, and a third ingredient of sakae naa; and
providing the composition of matter in one of a liquid and a solid form as the dietary supplement.
