Abstract

A laser cut-and-machined product made from a plated steel plate. A cut face of the plated steel plate is coated with plating-layer-containing metal of a top surface of the plated steel plate that is melted and/or evaporated at the time of laser cutting and machining.

Claims (11)

1. A laser cut-and-machined product made from a plated steel plate, the laser cut-and machined product comprising:

a plating metal layer formed on a top surface of the plated steel plate;

a cut face formed on the plated steel plate; and

a coating layer that is formed on the cut face from a material of the plating metal layer in a region around the cut face that is melted and/or evaporated at the time of laser cutting and machining.

2. The laser cut-and-machined product according to claim 1 , wherein a plating thickness of the plating metal layer around an upper edge of the cut face is thinner than a plating thickness of the plating metal layer at a position away from the cut face.

3. The laser cut-and-machined product according to claim 1 , wherein a plating melting range is within a range of 0.27 mm to 0.5 mm from the cut face.

4. A surface-treated steel plate, comprising:

a plating metal layer formed on a top surface of the surface-treated steel plate;

wherein a cut face formed on the surface- treated steel plate; and

a coating layer that is formed on the cut face from a material of the plating metal layer in a region around the cut face.

5. The surface-treated steel plate according to claim 4 , wherein an area of the coating layer that covers the cut face is 10% or more of an area of the cut face, or the coating layer covers the cut face by an extent of 30% or more of a plate thickness from a top or bottom surface of the surface-treated steel plate.
