Steroid derivative regulators, method for preparing the same, and uses thereof
Steroid derivative regulators, a method for preparing the same, and uses thereof are described. Specifically, a compound as shown in formula (I), a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, and uses thereof as a regulator of GABA A receptor for treating depression, convulsion, Parkinson's disease, and nervous system diseases are described, wherein the substituents of the formula (I) are as defined in the description.

, or a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising the compound, the stereoisomer thereof, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof according to claim 1 , and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, diluents or excipients.
3. A method of agonizing GABA A receptor in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2 to the subject.

The method according to claim 3 , wherein the subject has a CNS-related disease and the CNS-related disease is selected from the group consisting of sleep disorder, mood disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorder, spasmodic disorder, memory disorder and/or cognitive disorder, dyskinesia, personality disorder, autism spectrum disorder, pain, traumatic brain injury, vascular disease, substance abuse disorder and/or withdrawal syndrome, and tinnitus.
