Abstract

Disclosed are compositions and methods for modulating endothelial barrier function.

Claims (3)

1. A method of treating a lymphatic endothelial barrier disorder in a subject in need thereof, comprising: administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a sigma-1 receptor agonist or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the sigma-1 receptor agonist is PRE-084.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the subject is a human.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the lymphatic endothelial barrier disorder relates to dysregulated ATP metabolism.
