Abstract

A computing system can generate data for rendering an interactive graphical user interface, allow a user to input transaction parameters, receive a vehicle identifier associated with an individual, determine that an existing vehicle is at a service location, and provide an indication that the first individual is a qualifying individual and that the existing vehicle is at the service location.

Claims (34)

1. A computing system comprising:

a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith;

a database comprising a plurality of vehicle identifiers and associated individuals; and

one or more processors configured to execute the program instructions to cause the computing system to:

receive existing vehicle and transaction data for a set of individuals;

identify real-time inventory and threshold data to establish opportunity status for each individual in that set and store that information in an evolving opportunity database;

generate data for rendering a first interactive graphical user interface, the first interactive graphical user interface comprising:

a dealer interface comprising an input field configured to allow a user to input transaction parameters; and

an individual comparison interface configured to receive a vehicle identifier associated with an individual;

receive a first transaction parameter and a vehicle identifier, the transaction parameter comprising a difference between a first individual's existing transaction data and the first individual's available transaction data;

based at least in part on the first transaction parameter, determine that the first individual is a qualifying individual;

based on the vehicle identifier, determine that an existing vehicle is at a service location;

generate second data for rendering a second interactive graphical user interface, the second interactive graphical user interface comprising an alert indicating that the first individual is a qualifying individual and that the existing vehicle is at the service location;

in response to user selection of a control in the first or second interactive graphical user interface, launching a third graphical user interface specific to the qualifying individual and the existing vehicle at the service location and comprising the first individual's available transaction data;

wherein the third graphical user interface can be reached directly from the second graphical user interface, wherein the second graphical user interface displays a limited list of data rows corresponding to qualifying individuals and vehicles, each of the rows being selectable to launch a respective graphical user interface and enable data for the selected individual and vehicle to be seen within the respective graphical user interface, and wherein the alert is displayed in the second graphical user interface while the respective graphical user interfaces corresponding to qualifying individuals are in an unlaunched state.

2. The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the second interactive graphical user interface is configured to:

receive an instruction to associate the existing vehicle with a user task and assign the user task to an assigned user;

display a page identifying the existing vehicle and an indication of the user task; and

receive an input from the assigned user that the user task is complete and automatically assign a follow-up task to the assigned.

3. The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the second interactive graphical user interface comprises an interactive deal sheet, the interactive deal sheet comprising:

input fields pre-populated with existing vehicle and transaction data for the set of vehicles associated with respective individuals; and

a selector configured to allow a user to modify the threshold data, wherein in response to a modification of the threshold data, the second interactive graphical user interface displays updated vehicle and transaction data for the set of vehicles.

4. The computing system of claim 1 , wherein one or more processors are further configured to execute the program instructions to cause the computing system to:

retrieve a mileage limit for a warranty or lease associated with the existing vehicle associated with the first individual;

receive a user input of a current mileage of the existing vehicle;

determine, based on the current mileage of the existing vehicle and on the mileage limit, that the existing vehicle is a qualifying vehicle; and

generate, via the second user interface, a usage alert configured to indicate to a user that the existing vehicle is a qualifying vehicle.

5. The computing system of claim 1 , wherein one or more processors are further configured to execute the program instructions to cause the computing system to:

determine first proposed transaction terms for the existing vehicle and the qualifying individual; and

based on the first transaction parameter and first vehicle parameter, generate updated data to display the first proposed transaction terms for the existing vehicle and the qualifying individual.

6. The computing system of claim 5 , wherein one or more processors are further configured to execute the program instructions to cause the computing system to:

receive, via the second interactive graphical user interface, a second transaction parameter and/or a second vehicle parameter;

determine second proposed transaction terms for a second existing vehicle and the qualifying individual; and

based on the received second transaction parameter and/or second vehicle parameter, generate updated data to display the second proposed transaction terms for the second existing vehicle and the qualifying individual.
