Abstract

A terminal apparatus includes a storage device that stores state information of game contents changing according to progress of a game; a screen information generator that generates first information relating to a display of the game contents on a display screen and second information relating to a display of the state information on the display screen; an output device that outputs the first information and the second information to the display screen at a predetermined timing, respectively; and an instruction receiving device that receives a switching instruction to switch between display of the game contents and display of the state information on the display screen, wherein the screen information generator generates the second information based on latest state information stored on the storage device at a time when receiving the switching instruction.

Claims (37)

1. A method of processing progress of a game, comprising:

storing game content information and game state information, the game state information changing according to the progress of the game;

displaying, to a user, one or more user-specific user selection dialogs for the game, wherein the one or more user-specific user selection dialogs comprise at least one of: a dialog configured to provide an instruction to update state information for the user, and a dialog configured to provide an instruction to update state information for a group for which the user is a leader;

receiving, via an input device of the user, a first instruction, said first instruction comprising an instruction to update the game state information, said instruction comprising at least one of: a selection of a button provided on the display interface, and a provision of an instruction to execute an action with a game content;

generating game screen information relating to a game screen based on the received first instruction at a predetermined time, wherein the game screen information relates to a first game screen that displays game contents and information relating to a second game screen that displays state information of the game contents, the second game screen being updated to include latest state information based on the received first instruction; and

displaying, to the user, display information relating to the generated game screen at a second predetermined time, the display information comprising the latest state information.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more user-specific dialogs comprise the dialog configured to provide the instruction to update state information for the group for which the user is the leader, and wherein the method further comprises generating game screen information for each member of the group.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first instruction comprising the instruction to update the game state information comprises an instruction to update an input strategy of the group for which the user is the leader.

4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the input strategy is at least one of: a group emphasis on offense and a group emphasis on defense.

5. The method of claim 3 , wherein, based on the instruction to update the game state information, at least one of an offensive power of a member in the group and a defensive power of the member in the group is adjusted.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the predetermined time is a time at which the first instruction is received.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second predetermined time is a time different from a time at which the first instruction is received.

8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises:

determining a time in which there is a margin in processing of the game; and

designating the second predetermined time as the time in which there is the margin in processing of the game when no update request is provided by the user and designating the second predetermined time as a time of receipt of the update request when the update request is provided by the user.

9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the update request comprises a selection of an update dialog.

10. The method of claim 8 , wherein the update request comprises a unique user operation, said unique user operation comprising at least one of: a tap, a swipe, and a long press.

11. The method of claim 1 , further comprising tracking, in real time, a period in which the one or more user-specific user selection dialogs are eligible to be executed.

12. The method of claim 11 , further comprising displaying, in the display information, for each of the one or more user-specific user selection dialogs, at least one of: a timer associated with said user-specific user selection dialog, an indication that said user-specific user selection dialog is in preparation, and an indication that said user-specific user selection dialog is in operation.

13. The method of claim 11 , wherein the input device is further configured to determine, based on real-time tracking, whether the first instruction is eligible to be executed.

14. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first instruction is included in an instruction to attack using a character of the user.

15. The method of claim 14 , wherein the instruction to attack is resolved based on a current state of offensive power of the character of the user and a current state of defensive power of an attack target.

16. The method of claim 15 , wherein, based on the instruction to update the game state information, at least one of the offensive power of the user and the defensive power of the attack target is adjusted.

17. A terminal apparatus comprising:

a storage device configured to store game content information and game state information, the game state information changing according to the progress of a game;

a display interface configured to display, to a user, one or more user-specific user selection dialogs for the game, wherein the one or more user-specific user selection dialogs comprise at least one of: a dialog configured to provide an instruction to update state information for the user, and a dialog configured to provide an instruction to update state information for a group for which the user is a leader;

an input device configured to receive a first instruction, said first instruction comprising an instruction to update the game state information, said instruction comprising at least one of: a selection of a button provided on the display interface, and a provision of an instruction to execute an action with a game content;

a screen information generator configured to generate game screen information relating to a game screen based on the received first instruction at a predetermined time, wherein the game screen information relates to a first game screen that displays game contents and information relating to a second game screen that displays state information of the game contents, the second game screen being updated to include latest state information based on the received first instruction; and

a display interface configured to display information relating to the generated game screen at a predetermined time, the display information comprising the latest state information.

18. The terminal apparatus of claim 17 , wherein the display interface of the terminal apparatus is further configured to track, in real time, a period in which the one or more user-specific user selection dialogs are eligible to be executed, and wherein the input device is further configured to determine, based on real-time tracking, whether the first instruction is eligible to be executed.

19. A non-transitory recording medium for storing a game program which processes progress of a game, wherein the game program, when executed on a computer, causes the computer to execute instructions comprising:

storing game content information and game state information, the game state information changing according to the progress of the game;

displaying, to a user, one or more user-specific user selection dialogs for the game, wherein the one or more user-specific user selection dialogs comprise at least one of: a dialog configured to provide an instruction to update state information for the user, and a dialog configured to provide an instruction to update state information for a group for which the user is a leader;

receiving, via an input device of the user, a first instruction, said first instruction comprising an instruction to update the game state information, said instruction comprising at least one of: a selection of a button provided on the display interface, and a provision of an instruction to execute an action with a game content;

generating game screen information relating to a game screen based on the received first instruction at a predetermined time, wherein the game screen information relates to a first game screen that displays game contents and information relating to a second game screen that displays state information of the game contents, the second game screen being updated to include latest state information based on the received first instruction; and

displaying, to the user, display information relating to the generated game screen at a second predetermined time, the display information comprising the latest state information.

20. The non-transitory recording medium of claim 19 , wherein a step of displaying the one or more user-specific user selection dialogs further comprises tracking, in real time, a period in which the one or more user-specific user selection dialogs are eligible to be executed, and wherein a step of receiving the first instruction further comprises determining, based on real-time tracking, whether the first instruction is eligible to be executed.
