a first electrode on the thin film transistor; and

a first emission layer on the first electrode,

wherein the first electrode includes:

a first emission region;

a first contact region protruding from the first emission region in a first direction in a plan view and overlapping a first contact hole through which the first electrode electrically connecting the first thin film transistor; and

a first dummy region protruding from the first emission region in a second direction opposite to the first direction with the first emission region between the first contact region and the first dummy region in a plan view, wherein

the first emission layer overlaps the first emission region of the first electrode.

2. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first contact region and the first dummy region overlap with each other in the first direction.

3. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising

a second thin film transistor and a second electrode on the second thin film transistor;

and

a second emission layer on the second electrode, wherein

the second electrode includes a second emission region and a second contact region protruding from the second emission region and overlapping a second contact hole through which the second electrode electrically connecting the second thin film transistor, and

the second electrode has no dummy region protruding from the second emission region in the second direction.

4. The display device as claimed in claim 3 , further comprising an interlayer insulating layer between the first thin film transistor and the first electrode, wherein

the first contact hole and the second contact hole are formed through the interlayer insulating layer.

5. The display device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the interlayer insulating layer further comprises a first groove overlapping the first dummy region.

6. The display device as claimed in claim 3 , further comprising a common electrode on the first emission layer and the second emission layer and overlapping the first emission layer and the second emission layer.

7. The display device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the first emission layer emits a green light.

8. The display device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the second emission layer emits a same light as the first emission layer.

9. The display device as claimed in claim 7 , further comprising a third electrode, a third emission layer emitting a red light on the third electrode, a fourth electrode and a fourth emission layer on the fourth electrode.

10. The display device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the third electrode and

the fourth electrode are disposed in a line extending in the first direction or in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction.
