Abstract

The present disclosure relates generally to modulators of Cot (cancer Osaka thyroid) and methods of use and manufacture thereof.

Claims (6)

1. A compound having the formula:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A composition comprising the compound according to claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

3. A compound having the formula:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

4. A composition comprising the compound according to claim 3 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
