Abstract

A turntable structure, a mopping device, and a robot are disclosed. The turntable structure comprises: a cleaning turntable, an adjusting component, and a pressure unit; one side of the cleaning turntable is connected to a cleaning piece; the adjusting component is slidably connected to the cleaning turntable along a target direction, and is located on the side of the cleaning turntable opposite to the cleaning piece, and the side of the adjusting component away from the cleaning piece is connected to a driving mechanism of the robot; the pressure unit is provided between the cleaning turntable and the adjusting component.

Claims (37)

1. A turntable structure, applied to a cleaning robot comprising a cleaning piece and a driving mechanism, the turntable structure comprising:

a cleaning turntable having a first side and defining a first accommodating cavity, the first side being configured to be connected with the cleaning piece;

an adjusting component slidably connected with the cleaning turntable along a target direction and received in the first accommodating cavity of the cleaning turntable, the adjusting component having a side far away from the cleaning turntable which is configured to be connected with the driving mechanism to rotate the cleaning turntable, wherein the target direction is parallel to a rotating shaft of the cleaning turntable;

a pressure unit provided between the cleaning turntable and the adjusting component and capable of pressing against the cleaning turntable; and

a first limiting structure configured to limit a sliding distance of the cleaning turntable relative to the adjusting component along the target direction;

wherein the first limiting structure comprises:

a limiting block; and

a limiting groove for receiving the limiting block, wherein the limiting groove comprises an upper groove wall and a lower groove wall provided along the target direction, the limiting block is stopped from moving upwards when contacting with the upper groove wall of the limiting groove and is stopped from moving downwards when contacting with the lower groove wall of the limiting groove;

wherein,

the limiting block is provided on the adjusting component, the limiting groove is defined in an inner wall of the first accommodating cavity parallel to the target direction; or

the limiting block is provided on the cleaning turntable, and the limiting groove is defined in an outer wall of the adjusting component parallel to the target direction.

2. The turntable structure according to claim 1 , wherein the adjusting component is slidably connected with the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity along the target direction;

wherein,

the limiting block is protruded from the adjusting component; or the limiting groove is defined in the outer wall of the adjusting component parallel to the target direction, and the limiting block is protruded from the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity; and

a first limiting surface is formed on an outer surface of the adjusting component.

3. The turntable structure according to claim 2 , wherein the cleaning turntable comprises:

a first turntable housing having a first end, the first end defining a groove; and

a limiting plate connected to the first end of the first turntable housing to form the first accommodating cavity;

wherein the limiting block is formed on the outer surface of the adjusting component, and the limiting groove is defined by portion of an inner surface of the first turntable housing and portion of an upper surface of the limiting plate.

4. The turntable structure according to claim 3 , wherein the limiting plate and the first end of the first turntable housing are clamped or threaded together.

5. The turntable structure according to claim 2 , wherein the cleaning turntable comprises:

a second turntable housing; and

a turntable bottom plate having a third side and a fourth side facing away from the third side, the third side being fixed to a bottom of the second turntable housing to form the first accommodating cavity, the fourth side being far away from the second turntable housing and configured to be connected with the cleaning piece;

wherein the limiting block is formed on the outer surface of the adjusting component, the second turntable housing forms an upper groove wall of the limiting groove, and the turntable bottom plate forms a lower groove wall of the limiting groove.

6. The turntable structure according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a connection portion provided on a second side of the cleaning turntable facing away from the first side; and

a second accommodating cavity defined on the adjusting component and configured to receive the connection portion, the connection portion being slidably connected with an inner wall of the second accommodating cavity along the target direction;

wherein a first limiting surface is formed on the inner wall of the second accommodating cavity, and a second limiting surface is formed on an outer surface of the connection portion.

7. The turntable structure according to claim 6 , wherein a cross-section of the connection portion and a cross-section of the second accommodating cavity of the adjusting component are regular polygons.

8. The turntable structure according to claim 6 , wherein the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface are non-cylindrical.

9. The turntable structure according to claim 8 , wherein the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface are portions of a cylinder with a regular polygon cross section.

10. The turntable structure according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a second limiting structure configured to prevent a relative rotation between the adjusting component and the cleaning turntable.

11. The turntable structure according to claim 10 , wherein the second limiting structure comprises:

a first limiting surface on the adjusting component; and

a second limiting surface on the cleaning turntable, the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface cooperating with each other to prevent a relative rotation between the adjusting component and the cleaning turntable.

12. A robot comprising the turntable structure according to claim 1 .
