a logic component on a server system that determines a personal or commercial purpose for the plurality of vehicles within the airport location;

a logic component on the server system to relay information about the plurality of vehicle locations and the commercial purposes to a party responsible for the airport location; and

a logic component on the server system to determine and charge a fee associated with the commercial purpose of the plurality of vehicles within the airport location.

10 . The system in claim 9 , wherein the plurality of vehicles belong to different commercial companies.

11 . The system in claim 9 , wherein the airport location is determined by a geofence area saved in a database.

12 . The system in claim 9 , wherein the airport location is determined by a list of addresses saved within a database.
