View Patent ↗A display device with improved viewing angle characteristics is provided. A display device with suppressed mixture of colors between adjacent pixels is provided. The display device includes a first coloring layer, a second coloring layer, and a structure body therebetween. The structure body has a portion closer to a display surface side than a bottom surface of the first coloring layer or a bottom surface of the second coloring layer.
1. A portable information terminal comprising:
a first housing and a second housing; and
a display portion capable of being folded, the display portion comprising:
a first portion fixed by the first housing;
a second portion fixed by the second housing; and
a third portion not fixed by a housing,
wherein, when the first housing and the second housing overlap with each other, the display portion is folded and the second portion of the display portion is exposed,
wherein, when the first housing and the second housing overlap with each other in a direction, the display portion is folded and the first portion and the third portion overlap with each other in the direction, and
wherein, when the first housing and the second housing do not overlap with each other, the display portion is not folded and the first portion and the second portion of the display portion are exposed.
2. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , wherein the display portion functions as a touch panel.
3. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , further comprising a band connected to the first housing.
4. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , further comprising a magnetic force to fix the first housing and the second housing.
5. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , wherein the portable information terminal is configured to be worn on a wrist.
6. A portable information terminal comprising:
a first housing and a second housing;
a display portion capable of being folded, the display portion comprising:
a first portion fixed by the first housing;
a second portion fixed by the second housing, and
a third portion not fixed by a housing,
a band connected to the first housing,
wherein, when the first housing and the second housing overlap with each other, the display portion is folded and the second portion of the display portion is exposed,
wherein, when the first housing and the second housing overlap with each other in a direction, the display portion is folded and the first portion and the third portion overlap with each other in the direction, and
wherein, when the first housing and the second housing do not overlap with each other, the display portion is not folded and the first portion and the second portion of the display portion are exposed, and
wherein the display portion is capable of being bent along the band.
7. The portable information terminal according to claim 6 , wherein the display portion further comprises a third portion between the first portion and the second portion.
8. The portable information terminal according to claim 6 , wherein the display portion functions as a touch panel.
9. The portable information terminal according to claim 6 , further comprising a magnetic force to fix the first housing and the second housing.
10. The portable information terminal according to claim 6 , wherein the portable information terminal is configured to be worn on a wrist.
