Method for supporting UE association and communications device

1. A method for supporting user equipment UE association, applied to a first communications device being at least one of the following: UE, a first device, a terminal device, first UE or a first card, and comprising:

determining first information, wherein the first information comprises at least one of the following: device identification information, related information of second UE, or information of a core network CN network element of second UE; and the second UE is in an association relationship with first UE; wherein the device identification information comprises a first terminal device identity and a second terminal device identity; wherein the first terminal device identity and the second terminal device identity are one of following case:

the first terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the first UE, the second terminal device identity is a terminal device identity associated with the first UE;

the first terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the first UE, the second terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the second UE;

wherein the first UE and the second UE are located on a same device; and

executing a first related operation according to the first information;

wherein the executing a first related operation according to the first information comprises at least one of the following:

sending the first information when the first UE accesses a network; or

setting the identity of the CN network element of the first UE to an identity of a CN network element of the second UE when sending an identity of a CN network element of the first UE.

2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the related information of the second UE comprises at least one of the following:

a terminal device identity of the second UE, a UE identity of the second UE, a temporary UE identity of the second UE, or an identity of a CN network element of the second UE.

3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the information of the CN network element of the second UE comprises at least one of the following:

an address of the CN network element of the second UE or an identity of the CN network element of the second UE.

4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the executing a first related operation according to the first information further comprises at least one of the following:

selecting a cell for the first UE, wherein the selected cell is a serving cell of the second UE; or,

selecting a serving network for the first UE, wherein the selected serving network is a serving network of the second UE.

5. A communications device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a program that is stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein when the program is executed by the processor, steps of the method for supporting user equipment UE association according to claim 1 are implemented.

6. The communications device according to claim 5 , wherein the device identification information comprises at least one of the following:

a first terminal device identity or a second terminal device identity.

7. The communications device according to claim 5 , wherein the related information of the second UE comprises at least one of the following:

a terminal device identity of the second UE, a UE identity of the second UE, a temporary UE identity of the second UE, or an identity of a CN network element of the second UE.

8. The communications device according to claim 5 , wherein the executing a first related operation according to the first information further comprises at least one of the following:

selecting a cell for the first UE, wherein the selected cell is a serving cell of the second UE; or,

selecting a serving network for the first UE, wherein the selected serving network is a serving network of the second UE.

9. The communications device according to claim 5 , wherein the information of the CN network element of the second UE comprises at least one of the following:

an address of the CN network element of the second UE or an identity of the CN network element of the second UE.

10. A method for supporting user equipment UE association, applied to a third communications device, and comprising:

obtaining first information, wherein the first information comprises at least one of the following: device identification information, related information of second UE, or information of a core network CN network element of second UE; and the second UE is in an association relationship with first UE; wherein the device identification information comprises a first terminal device identity and a second terminal device identity; wherein the first terminal device identity and the second terminal device identity are one of following case:

the first terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the first UE, the second terminal device identity is a terminal device identity associated with the first UE;

the first terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the first UE, the second terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the second UE;

wherein the first UE and the second UE are located on a same device; and

executing a second related operation according to the first information;

wherein the executing a second related operation according to the first information comprises at least one of the following:

selecting a CN network element for the first UE, wherein the CN network element is a CN network element of the second UE; or,

selecting a CN network element for the first UE, and sending information of the second UE to the selected CN network element.

11. A communications device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a program that is stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein when the program is executed by the processor, steps of the method for supporting UE association according to claim 10 are implemented.

12. The method according to claim 10 , wherein the third communications device comprises an Radio Access Network (RAN) network element.

13. A method for supporting user equipment UE association, applied to a fourth communications device, and comprising:

receiving first information, wherein the first information comprises at least one of the following: device identification information, related information of second UE, or information of a core network CN network element of second UE; and the second UE is in an association relationship with first UE; wherein the device identification information comprises a first terminal device identity and a second terminal device identity; wherein the first terminal device identity and the second terminal device identity are one of following case:

the first terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the first UE, the second terminal device identity is a terminal device identity associated with the first UE;

the first terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the first UE, the second terminal device identity is a terminal device identity of the second UE;

wherein the first UE and the second UE are located on a same device; and

executing a third related operation according to the first information;

wherein the executing a third related operation according to the first information comprises at least one of the following:

setting up an association relationship between the first UE and a CN network element of the second UE;

acquiring information of a second CN network element serving the second UE.

14. The method according to claim 13 , wherein the related information of the second UE comprises at least one of the following:

a terminal device identity of the second UE, a UE identity of the second UE, a temporary UE identity of the second UE, or an identity of a CN network element of the second UE.

15. The method according to claim 13 , wherein the information of the CN network element of the second UE comprises at least one of the following:

an address of the CN network element or an identity of the CN network element.

16. The method according to claim 13 , wherein the executing a third related operation according to the first information further comprises at least one of the following:

saving the first information;

setting up an association relationship between the first UE and the second UE;

setting up an association relationship between the first UE and a second terminal device identity;

setting up an association relationship between a first terminal device identity and a second terminal device identity;

acquiring related information of the second UE, wherein the second UE is in an association relationship with the first UE;

determining whether there is a paging conflict between the first UE and the second UE; or,

sending the first information.

17. A communications device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a program that is stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein when the program is executed by the processor, steps of the method for supporting UE association according to claim 13 are implemented.

18. The communications device according to claim 17 , wherein the executing a third related operation according to the first information comprises at least one of the following:

saving the first information;

setting up an association relationship between the first UE and the second UE;

setting up an association relationship between the first UE and a second terminal device identity;

setting up an association relationship between a first terminal device identity and a second terminal device identity;

acquiring related information of the second UE, wherein the second UE is in an association relationship with the first UE;

determining whether there is a paging conflict between the first UE and the second UE; or,

sending the first information.

19. The communications device according to claim 17 , wherein the information of the CN network element of the second UE comprises at least one of the following:

an address of the CN network element or an identity of the CN network element.

20. The method according to claim 13 , wherein the fourth communications device comprises a CN network element or an RAN network element.
