Abstract

The present disclosure provides compounds and methods useful for inhibiting SARM1 and/or treating and/or preventing axonal degeneration.

Claims (10)

1. A compound which is:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. The compound according to claim 1 which is:

3. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a compound of formula:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

4. A method of inhibiting SARM1, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof, a compound of formula:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,

wherein the subject suffers from diabetic neuropathy or chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy that is mediated by SARM 1.

5. The method according to claim 4 wherein the disease or disorder is chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.

6. The method according to claim 4 wherein the disease or disorder is diabetic neuropathy.
