Abstract

A user terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a receiving section that receives configuration information indicating association between a scheduling request (SR) configuration and a service, and a control section that, when a first time resource of an SR corresponding to a first service contends with a second time resource of an uplink transmission corresponding to a second service, performs transmission of at least one of the SR and the uplink transmission based on the configuration information.

Claims (16)

1. A terminal comprising:

a receiver that receives, by higher layer signaling, configuration information of an uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for a scheduling request (SR); and

a processor that, when the SR transmitted in the PUCCH resource based on the configuration information is not transmitted due to uplink shared channel transmission in a resource that is different from the PUCCH resource, avoids incrementing an SR counter based on the configuration information and indication from a physical layer to a medium access control (MAC) layer,

wherein when a higher-priority service contends with a lower-priority service in a contention for the uplink shared channel transmission and the SR, the processor avoids incrementing the SR counter based on the configuration information including association of the services.

2. The terminal according to claim 1 , wherein when the SR counter is equal to or more than a given threshold, the processor initiates a random access procedure.

3. A radio communication method for a terminal, comprising:

receiving, by higher layer signaling, configuration information of an uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for a scheduling request (SR);

determining that the SR transmitted in the PUCCH resource based on the configuration information is not transmitted due to uplink shared channel transmission in a resource that is different from the PUCCH resource, avoiding incrementing an SR counter based on the configuration information and indication from a physical layer to a medium access control (MAC) layer; and

determining that a higher-priority service contends with a lower-priority service in a contention for the uplink shared channel transmission and the SR, and avoiding incrementing the SR counter based on the configuration information including association of the services.

4. A system comprising a terminal and a base station, wherein

the terminal comprises:

a receiver that receives, by higher layer signaling, configuration information of an uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for a scheduling request (SR); and

a processor that, when the SR transmitted in the PUCCH resource based on the configuration information is not transmitted due to uplink shared channel transmission in a resource that is different from the PUCCH resource, avoids incrementing an SR counter based on the configuration information and indication from a physical layer to a medium access control (MAC) layer,

wherein when a higher-priority service contends with a lower-priority service in a contention for the uplink shared channel transmission and the SR, the processor avoids incrementing the SR counter based on the configuration information including association of the services, and

the base station comprises:

a transmitter that transmits, by the higher layer signaling, the configuration information.
