The present disclosure relates to crystalline solid forms of {6-[(2-amino-3-chloropyridin-4-yl)sulfanyl]-3-[(3S,4S)-4-amino-3-methyl-2-oxa-8-azaspiro[4.5]decan-8-yl]-5-methylpyrazin-2-yl}methanol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, the process of preparing the forms, and pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use thereof.
1 . A crystalline solid form of {6-[(2-amino-3-chloropyridin-4-yl)sulfanyl]-3-[(3S,4S)-4-amino-3-methyl-2-oxa-8-azaspiro[4.5]decan-8-yl]-5-methylpyrazin-2-yl}methanol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2 . The crystalline solid form of {6-[(2-amino-3-chloropyridin-4-yl)sulfanyl]-3-[(3S,4S)-4-amino-3-methyl-2-oxa-8-azaspiro[4.5]decan-8-yl]-5-methylpyrazin-2-yl}methanol of claim 1 .
3 . The pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the crystalline solid form of {6-[(2-amino-3-chloropyridin-4-yl)sulfanyl]-3-[(3S,4S)-4-amino-3-methyl-2-oxa-8-azaspiro[4.5]decan-8-yl]-5-methylpyrazin-2-yl}methanol of claim 1 .
4 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystalline solid form of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
5 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 4 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a tablet.
6 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in unit dosages.
