Abstract

A device for holding a vehicle body part to be measured and/or a measuring machine for measuring such a vehicle body part in a reference position, having a baseplate, which includes a layer with a honeycomb structure and at least one outer layer designed to receive holding elements. Lugs, which end in a common plane and bear against the outer layer, protrude from the layer having the honeycomb structure in a manner distributed over the plate surface of the baseplate.

Claims (13)

- 10 . (canceled)

. An apparatus for holding a vehicle body component to be measured or/and holding a measuring machine for measuring such a vehicle body component in a reference position, comprising: a base plate having a layer with a honeycomb structure and at least one outer layer designed to receive holding elements; and lugs that end in a common plane and bear against the outer layer protrude from the layer having the honeycomb structure in a manner distributed over a plate surface of the base plate.

. The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the layer having the honeycomb structure is an intermediate layer, from which the lugs, which end in mutually parallel planes and each bear against an outer layer, protrude on both sides.

. The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the lugs comprise plates connected to the layer.

. The apparatus according to claim 13 , wherein the plates are adhesively bonded to the layer.

. The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein end surfaces of the lugs that face away from the layer or intermediate layer are machined mechanically.

. The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the end surfaces are milled.

. The apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein lugs protrude from the intermediate layer on both sides in a mutually coinciding arrangement.

. The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the lugs are distributed in a grid arrangement over the plate surface of the base plate.

. The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the layer has insert pieces with a device for screwing or/and pinning to the outer layer.

. The apparatus according to claim 19 , wherein the insert pieces are each aligned with one of the protruding lugs.

. The apparatus according to claim 20 , wherein the insert pieces are each arranged concentrically with respect to the lugs.

. The apparatus according to claim 19 , wherein the insert pieces extend continuously over the thickness of the layer or intermediate layer.
