Abstract

The objective of the present invention is to implement appropriate radio communication processing in accordance with required criteria. This terminal is provided with: a control circuit which determines a method for determining a priority level of a first channel and a second channel having mutually overlapping resource allocations in the time domain, on the basis of a parameter relating to control information indicating the allocations of the first channel and the second channel respectively; and a communication circuit for transmitting or receiving a signal to or from at least one of the first channel and the second channel, on the basis of the priority level.

Claims (36)

1. A terminal, comprising:

control circuitry, which, in operation, determines priority values of a first channel and a second channel, based on first downlink control information indicating assignment of the first channel and on second downlink control information indicating assignment of the second channel; and

communication circuitry, which, in operation, transmits or receives a signal for at least one of the first channel and/or the second channel based on the priority values,

wherein,

the first downlink control information includes a parameter indicating the priority value and the second downlink control information does not include the parameter, and

in a case where the parameter indicates a small priority value, the control circuitry considers the priority value of the first channel is the same as that of the second channel.

2. The terminal according to claim 1 , wherein, in a case where a transmission of the first channel of a large priority value overlaps in time with a transmission of the second channel of a small priority value, the communication circuitry cancels the transmission of the second channel.

3. The terminal according to claim 1 , wherein,

in a case where the parameter indicates a large priority value and a transmission of the first channel overlaps in time with a transmission of the second channel, the communication circuitry cancels the transmission of the second channel.

4. The terminal according to claim 1 ,

wherein,

in a case where none of the first downlink control information and the second downlink control information includes a parameter indicating the priority value, the control circuitry considers the priority value of the first channel is the same as that of the second channel.

5. The terminal according to claim 1 , wherein,

the first channel is a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and the second channel is a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), and

in a case where a transmission of the first channel of a large priority value overlaps in time with a transmission of the second channel of a small priority value, the communication circuitry cancels the transmission of the second channel.

6. The terminal according to claim 1 , wherein,

the first channel and the second channel are physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs), and

in a case where a transmission of the first channel of a large priority value overlaps in time with a transmission of the second channel of a small priority value, the communication circuitry cancels the transmission of the second channel.

7. The terminal according to claim 1 , wherein the priority value of at least one of the first channel and/or the second channel is indicated by 1 bit of the first downlink control information and/or of the second downlink control information.

8. A communication method, comprising:

determining priority values of a first channel and a second channel, based on first downlink control information indicating assignment of the first channel and on second downlink control information indicating assignment of the second channel; and

transmitting or receiving a signal for at least one of the first channel and/or the second channel based on the priority values, wherein,

the first downlink control information includes a parameter indicating the priority value and the second downlink control information does not include the parameter, and

in a case where the parameter indicates a small priority value, the priority value of the first channel is the same as that of the second channel.

9. The communication method according to claim 8 , wherein, in a case where a transmission of the first channel of a large priority value overlaps in time with a transmission of the second channel of a small priority value, cancelling the transmission of the second channel.

10. The communication method according to claim 8 , wherein,

in a case where the parameter indicates a large priority value and a transmission of the first channel overlaps in time with a transmission of the second channel, cancelling the transmission of the second channel.

11. The communication method according to claim 8 , wherein,

in a case where none of the first downlink control information and the second downlink control information includes a parameter indicating the priority value, the priority value of the first channel is the same as that of the second channel.

12. The communication method according to claim 8 , wherein,

the first channel is a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and the second channel is a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), and

in a case where a transmission of the first channel of a large priority value overlaps in time with a transmission of the second channel of a small priority value, cancelling the transmission of the second channel.

13. The communication method according to claim 8 , wherein,

the first channel and the second channel are physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs), and

in a case where a transmission of the first channel of a large priority value overlaps in time with a transmission of the second channel of a small priority value, cancelling the transmission of the second channel.

14. The communication method according to claim 8 , wherein the priority value of at least one of the first channel and/or the second channel is indicated by 1 bit of the first downlink control information and/or of the second downlink control information.
