Claims (15)

. A composition for the treatment of presbyopia comprising about 1.75% w/w aceclidine hydrochloride, about 4.0% w/w polysorbate 80, about 2.5% w/w mannitol, about 1.25% w/w anhydrous hypromellose, about 0.1% w/w disodium edetate dihydrate and from about 0.06% to about 0.1% w/w anhydrous sodium citrate, wherein w/w denotes weight by total volume of the composition and wherein the composition has a pH from about 5.0 to about 6.5.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein anhydrous sodium citrate is at a concentration of about 0.06% w/w.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein anhydrous sodium citrate is at a concentration of about 0.08% w/w.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein anhydrous sodium citrate is at a concentration of about 0.1% w/w.

. A method of treating low regular astigmatism, low or high irregular astigmatism, keratoconic ectasia, night vision halos/starbursts, night vision reduced contrast, and low myopia, or hyperopia, with or without astigmatism, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof the ophthalmological composition of claim 1 .

. A method of treating presbyopia comprising administering to a subject in need thereof the ophthalmological composition of claim 1 .

. A composition for the treatment of presbyopia comprising about 1.75% w/w aceclidine hydrochloride, about 0.08% w/w brimonidine, about 4.0% w/w polysorbate 80, about 2.5% w/w mannitol, about 1.25% w/w anhydrous hypromellose, about 0.1% w/w disodium edetate dihydrate and from about 0.06% to about 0.1% w/w anhydrous sodium citrate, wherein w/w denotes weight by total volume of the composition and wherein the composition has a pH from about 5.0 to about 6.5.

. The composition of claim 7 , wherein anhydrous sodium citrate is at a concentration of about 0.06% w/w.

. The composition of claim 7 , wherein anhydrous sodium citrate is at a concentration of about 0.08% w/w.

. The composition of claim 7 , wherein anhydrous sodium citrate is at a concentration of about 0.1% w/w.

. A method of treating low regular astigmatism, low or high irregular astigmatism, keratoconic ectasia, night vision halos/starbursts, night vision reduced contrast, and low myopia, or hyperopia, with or without astigmatism, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof the ophthalmological composition of claim 7 .

. A method of treating presbyopia comprising administering to a subject in need thereof the ophthalmological composition of claim 7 .

. A composition for the treatment of presbyopia comprising about 1.75% w/w aceclidine hydrochloride, about 0.08% w/w brimonidine, about 4.0% w/w polysorbate 80, about 2.5% w/w mannitol, about 1.25% w/w anhydrous hypromellose, about 0.1% w/w disodium edetate dihydrate, about 0.02% w/w benzalkonium chloride, about 0.12% w/w sorbic acid and from about 0.06% to about 0.1% w/w anhydrous sodium citrate, wherein w/w denotes weight by total volume of the composition and wherein the composition has a pH from about 5.0 to about 6.5.

. A method of treating low regular astigmatism, low or high irregular astigmatism, keratoconic ectasia, night vision halos/starbursts, night vision reduced contrast, and low myopia, or hyperopia, with or without astigmatism, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof the ophthalmological composition of claim 13 .

. A method of treating presbyopia comprising administering to a subject in need thereof the ophthalmological composition of claim 13 .
