Abstract

A busbar module includes: busbars fixed to battery cells of a battery module; a plate-like flexible circuit body; and a case that accommodates the circuit body and the busbars, in which the circuit body includes a trunk portion extending in a first direction in which the battery cells are arranged, and branch portions branching from the trunk portion and connected to the busbars, the branch portion includes a base portion, a fixed portion fixed to the busbar, and an intermediate portion extending from the base portion to the fixed portion is the first direction, a first end portion of the trunk portion has a first through-hole, and the case includes a first protrusion and locks the first end portion with the first protrusion to hold the circuit body in a state where the intermediate portion is flexurally deformed.

Claims (14)

1. A busbar module comprising:

a plurality of busbars configured to be fixed to a plurality of battery cells of a battery module including the plurality of battery cells;

a plate-like flexible circuit body that includes a plurality of connection conductors corresponding to the plurality of busbars;

a case that accommodates the circuit body and the busbars, wherein

the circuit body includes a trunk portion extending in a first direction in which the plurality of battery cells are arranged, and a plurality of branch portions branching from the trunk portion and connected to the busbars,

the branch portion includes a base portion connected to the trunk portion, a fixed portion fixed to the busbar, and an intermediate portion extending from the base portion to the fixed portion in the first direction,

a first end portion of the trunk portion in the first direction has a first through-hole, and

the case includes a first protrusion inserted into the first through-hole, and locks the first end portion with the first protrusion to hold the circuit body in a state where the intermediate portion is flexurally deformed; and

a cover that is attached to the case to cover the circuit body, wherein

a second end portion of the trunk portion in the first direction has a second through-hole, and

the cover includes a second protrusion inserted into the second through-hole and locks the second end portion with the second protrusion to suppress the trunk portion from being flexurally deformed in such a manner that the second end portion approaches the first end portion.

2. The busbar module according to claim 1 , wherein

the case includes a plurality of busbar accommodating portions arranged in the first direction and a flexible coupling portion that couples the busbar accommodating portions adjacent to each other, and

the cover is coupled to the case so as to allow relative movement of the plurality of busbar accommodating portions in the first direction.
