Terminal and measurement method for requesting channel state information
A terminal includes a reception unit that receives a request for channel state information from another terminal, a control unit that identifies a reference signal and a predetermined period, to be used for measurement, based on the request and receives one or more shared channels including the reference signal to measure the channel state information, and a transmission unit that transmits a report associated with the measured channel state information to the other terminal within the predetermined period.
1 . A terminal, comprising:
a receiver that receives a request for channel state information from another terminal;
a processor that identifies a reference signal and a predetermined period, to be used for measurement, based on the request and receives one or more shared channels including the reference signal to measure the channel state information; and
a transmitter that transmits a report associated with the measured channel state information to the other terminal within the predetermined period,
wherein the processor identifies that a reference signal is to be used for measurement, the reference signal being received via:
a subchannel where a control channel for transmitting the request is arranged; or
one or more subchannels where the shared channels are arranged,
wherein in a case where the receiver receives multiple requests for channel state information from the other terminal, the processor controls to receive the reference signal in a subchannel where a control channel for transmitting the request for channel state information received at the latest timing, is arranged, and
wherein upon receiving the request for channel state information again from the other terminal within the predetermined period, the processor identifies a reference signal associated with the request for channel state information received again, as being the reference signal used for measurement.
2 . The terminal as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the processor identifies a period starting from the request or from the reference signal as the predetermined period.
3 . A measurement method implemented by a terminal, comprising:
receiving a request for channel state information from another terminal;
identifying a reference signal and a predetermined period, to be used for measurement, based on the request and receives one or more shared channels including the reference signal to measure the channel state information;
transmitting a report associated with the measured channel state information to the other terminal within the predetermined period; and
identifying that a reference signal is to be used for measurement, the reference signal being received via:
a subchannel where a control channel for transmitting the request is arranged; or
one or more subchannels where the shared channels are arranged,
wherein in a case where the terminal receives multiple requests for channel state information from the other terminal, the terminal controls to receive the reference signal in a subchannel where a control channel for transmitting the request for channel state information received at the latest timing, is arranged, and
wherein upon receiving the request for channel state information again from the other terminal within the predetermined period, the terminal identifies a reference signal associated with the request for channel state information received again, as being the reference signal used for measurement.
