Cross slot scheduling method and device in wireless communication system
Disclosed are a communication technique for merging, with IoT technology, a 5G communication system for supporting a data transmission rate higher than that of a 4G system, and a system therefor. The present disclosure can be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, healthcare, digital education, retail, security, and safety-related services, and the like) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. In addition, the present disclosure provides a method and a device for reducing terminal power consumption in a wireless communication system. A method of a terminal in a communication system, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, comprises the steps of receiving, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) including a minimum offset indication field that indicates a first minimum offset, confirming an application delay for applying the first minimum offset, and transmitting/receiving data to/from the base station on the basis of the first minimum offset after the application delay from the time when the DCI had been received, wherein, during the application delay from the time when the DCI had been received, DCI including a minimum offset indication field that indicates a minimum offset different from the first minimum offset cannot be received from the base station.
1 . A method of a terminal in a communication system, the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station, first downlink control information (DCI) in slot n, wherein the first DCI indicates a first minimum offset value;
identifying an application delay for applying the first minimum offset value; and
applying the first minimum offset value in slot n+k, where k is the application delay,
wherein, in a time interval corresponding to the application delay from slot n, second DCI indicating another minimum offset value having a value different from the first minimum offset value is not received, and
wherein the application delay is identified based on a subcarrier spacing of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), a subcarrier spacing of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and a symbol position of the first DCI in slot n.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first DCI indicating the first minimum offset value is DCI format 0_1 or DCI format 1_1.
3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving, from the base station, a set of candidate values for K 0min and a set of candidate values for K 2min , respectively,
wherein K 0min is a minimum offset value associated a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and K 2min is a minimum offset value associated with a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH).
4 . A method of a base station in a communication system, the method comprising:
transmitting, to a terminal, first downlink control information (DCI) in slot n, wherein the first DCI indicates a first minimum offset value;
identifying an application delay for applying the first minimum offset value; and
applying the first minimum offset value in slot n+k, where k is the application delay,
wherein, in a time interval corresponding to the application delay from slot n, second DCI indicating another minimum offset value having a value different from the first minimum offset value is not transmitted, and
wherein the application delay is identified based on a subcarrier spacing of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), a subcarrier spacing of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and a symbol position of the first DCI in slot n.
5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the first DCI indicating the first minimum offset value is DCI format 0_1 or DCI format 1_1.
6 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising transmitting, from the base station, a set of candidate values for K 0min and a set of candidate values for K 2min , respectively,
wherein K 0min is a minimum offset value associated a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and K 2min is a minimum offset value associated with a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH).
7 . A terminal of a communication system, the terminal comprising:
a transceiver; and
a controller configured to:
receive, from a base station, first downlink control information (DCI) in slot n, wherein the first DCI indicates a first minimum offset value,
identify an application delay for applying the first minimum offset value, and
apply the first minimum offset value in slot n+k, wherein k is the application delay,
wherein, in a time interval corresponding to the application delay from slot n, second DCI indicating another minimum offset value having a value different from the first minimum offset value is not received, and
wherein the application delay is identified based on a subcarrier spacing of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), a subcarrier spacing of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and a symbol position of the first DCI in slot n.
8 . The terminal of claim 7 , wherein the first DCI indicating the first minimum offset value is DCI format 0_1 or DCI format 1_1.
9 . The terminal of claim 7 , further comprising receiving, from the base station, a set of candidate values for K 0min and a set of candidate values for K 2min , respectively,
wherein K 0min is a minimum offset value associated a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and K 2min is a minimum offset value associated with a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH).
10 . A base station of a communication system, the base station comprising:
a transceiver; and
a controller configured to:
transmit, to a terminal, first downlink control information (DCI) in slot n, wherein the first DCI indicates a first minimum offset value,
identify an application delay for applying the first minimum offset value, and
apply the first minimum offset value in slot n+k, where k is the application delay,
wherein, in a time interval corresponding to the application delay from slot n, second DCI indicating another minimum offset value having a value different from the first minimum offset value is not transmitted, and
wherein the application delay is identified based on a subcarrier spacing of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), a subcarrier spacing of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and a symbol position of the first DCI in slot n.
11 . The base station of claim 10 , wherein the first DCI indicating the first minimum offset value is DCI format 0_1 or DCI format 1_1.
