Dimethoxyphenylalkylamine activators of serotonin receptors
Provided herein are compounds of Formula (I), or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , and n are defined herein. Also provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of Formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and methods of using a compound of Formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, e.g., in the treatment of a mental health disease or disorder.
1. A compound of Formula (II-B):
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; wherein,
R 1 is independently at each position hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, or C 1 -C 6 haloalkyl;
R 2 and R 3 are independently hydrogen, heterocycle, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 1 -C 6 haloalkyl, halogen, cyano, OR 1 , S(O)(═NH)R 1 , S(O) 2 R 1 , S(O)R 1 or SR 1 , wherein at least one of R 2 and R 3 is hydrogen;
R 4 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl; and
R 5 is halogen.
2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 4 is a methyl.
3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 5 is Cl, F, or Br.
4. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is a C 1 -C 6 alkyl.
5. The compound of claim 4 , wherein R 1 is a C 1 -C 3 alkyl.
6. The compound of claim 5 , wherein R 1 is methyl.
7. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 2 is hydrogen.
8. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 2 is S(O)(═NH)R 1 .
9. The compound of claim 8 , wherein R 1 is hydrogen.
10. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 3 is hydrogen.
11. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 2 and R 3 are hydrogen.
12. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 2 and R 3 are independently hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 1 -C 6 haloalkyl, halogen, cyano, OR 1 , or SR 1 .
13. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 2 and R 3 are independently hydrogen, halogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, or C 1 -C 6 haloalkyl.
14. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 2 and R 3 are independently hydrogen or C 1 -C 6 alkyl.
