Abstract

A wiring board ( 3 ) has first and second rigid sections ( 11, 12 ) each having six metal leaf layers, and a flexible section ( 13 ) having two metal leaf layers that connect the both rigid sections ( 11, 12 ). A capacitor unit ( 34 ) and a filter unit 31 , which supplies power to an inverter, are mounted on the first rigid section ( 11 ), and a CPU ( 21 ) and a pre-driver circuit element ( 22 ) are mounted on the second rigid section ( 12 ). Mutually-independent two control systems are arranged so as to be symmetrical about a board center line (M). Detection signal lines ( 51 ) of rotation sensors ( 37, 38 ) located at the middle of the first rigid section ( 11 ) extend along the board center line (M) on the flexible section ( 13 ). Each of the two control systems is configured along a wiring direction of the detection signal lines ( 51 ).

Claims (14)

1. An electronic control device applied to a drive control of an electric motor having a dual coil, the electronic control device having drive circuits for two systems corresponding to the dual coil, the electronic control device comprising:

a multilayer wiring board having a plurality of wiring layers and insulating layers that insulate the wiring layers, and wherein

a detecting element configured to detect an operating state of the electric motor is mounted on the multilayer wiring board, and control systems for two systems corresponding to the dual coil are formed by electronic components mounted on the multilayer wiring board,

each of the control systems includes at least a CPU, a pre-driver circuit configured to convert a command signal of the CPU into a control signal of the drive circuit, a capacitor unit and a filter unit,

when projecting the multilayer wiring board onto a plane, the control systems for two systems are arranged parallel to each other with the capacitor unit and the filter unit being arranged along arrangement of the CPU and the pre-driver circuit, and

when projecting the multilayer wiring board onto a plane, the detecting element is positioned so as to be arranged between the two control systems.

2. The electronic control device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein

the detecting element is a rotation sensor that detects rotation of a rotation shaft of the electric motor, and

when projecting the multilayer wiring board onto a plane, the detecting element is positioned so as to be arranged between the two control systems.

3. The electronic control device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein

the detecting element is a rotation sensor that detects rotation of a rotation shaft of the electric motor, and

the detecting element can be used for the two control systems.

4. The electronic control device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein

the detecting element is mounted on a mounting surface, at least facing a rotation shaft of the electric motor, of the multilayer wiring board.
