Abstract

Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises a server for efficiently processing electronic requests. The server receives a plurality of predictive computer models and a specification file for each model for registration. The server extracts validation codes for each model based on the specification file. When the server receives an electronic request, the API layer of the server validates the request by verifying the inputs of the request satisfying the validation codes of the corresponding model. If the electronic request is invalid, the server returns an error message immediately; otherwise, the API layer of the server sends the electronic request to the model execution layer. Within the model execution layer, the server executes the corresponding model based on the request inputs and generates output results. The model execution layer transmits the output results back to the API layer, which transmits the output results to the user device.

Claims (27)

1. A method comprising:

receiving, by a processor from a set of electronic devices, a set of electronic requests to execute at least one predictive computer model of a plurality of predictive computer models, each electronic request further comprising a set of inputs corresponding to a set of numerical or alphanumerical values;

identifying, by the processor, the at least one predictive computer model of the plurality of predictive computer models corresponding to each electronic request based on data included within the at least one electronic request;

validating, by the processor, each electronic request in the set of electronic requests according to a configuration file for the at least one predictive model by verifying that each numerical or alphanumerical value of each input for each request corresponds to an acceptable range of numerical or alphanumerical values needed to execute a corresponding predictive computer model;

responsive to each electronic request corresponding to the acceptable range of numerical or alphanumerical values to execute the corresponding predictive computer model, queueing, by the processor, at least a portion of the set of electronic requests in a queue; and

transmitting, by the processor, each electronic request to at least one corresponding predictive computer model in accordance with the queue.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the processor executes validation code included within each predictive computer model within the queue to determine whether the set of inputs corresponds to the acceptable range of numerical or alphanumerical values and a type of data needed to execute each predictive computer model.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein when the set of inputs does not correspond to the acceptable range of numerical or alphanumerical values and a type of data needed to execute the at least one predictive computer model, the processor transmits an electronic message to an electronic device associated with the set of inputs.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the queue is arranged based on a time of receipt associated with each electronic request.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the transmitting each electronic request within the queue is based on a workload of the processor.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one predictive computer model resides in a containerized environment separate from a containerized environment of at least one other predictive computer model within the plurality of predictive computer models.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the processor hosts an application programming interface in communication with one or more servers hosting the plurality of predictive computer models.

8. A system comprising:

a server comprising a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium containing instructions that when executed by the processor causes the processor to perform operations comprising:

receive, from a set of electronic devices, a set of electronic requests to execute a predictive computer model of a plurality of predictive computer models, each electronic request further comprising a set of inputs corresponding to a set of numerical or alphanumerical values;

identify at least one predictive computer model of the plurality of predictive computer models corresponding to each electronic request based on data included within the at least one electronic request;

validate each electronic request in the set of electronic requests according to a configuration file for the at least one predictive model by verifying that each numerical or alphanumerical value of each input for each request correspond to an acceptable range of numerical or alphanumerical values needed to execute a corresponding predictive computer model;

responsive to each electronic request corresponding to the acceptable range of numerical or alphanumerical values and needed to execute the corresponding predictive computer model, queue at least a portion of the set of electronic requests in a queue; and

transmit each electronic request to at least one corresponding predictive computer model in accordance with the queue.

9. The system of claim 8 , wherein the instructions further cause the processor to:

execute validation code included within each predictive computer model within the queue to determine whether the set of inputs corresponds to the acceptable range of numerical or alphanumerical values and a type of data needed to execute each predictive computer model.

10. The system of claim 8 , wherein when the set of inputs does not correspond to the acceptable range of numerical or alphanumerical values and a type of data needed to execute the at least one predictive computer model, the processor transmits an electronic message to an electronic device associated with the set of inputs.

11. The system of claim 8 , wherein the queue is arranged based on a time of receipt associated with each electronic request.

12. The system of claim 8 , wherein the transmitting each electronic request within the queue is based on a workload of the processor.

13. The system of claim 8 , wherein the at least one predictive computer model resides in a containerized environment separate from a containerized environment of at least one other predictive computer model within the plurality of predictive computer models.

14. The system of claim 8 , wherein the processor hosts an application programming interface in communication with one or more servers hosting the plurality of predictive computer models.

15. The method of claim 1 , wherein the queue is arranged based on a level of priority associated with each electronic request.
