Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method, a device, and a computer program for selecting a channel in a wireless communication system, and to a recording medium therefor. The method for selecting a channel by a first device in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: receiving a channel categorization report from a second device; and determining a channel map on the basis of at least one of the channel categorization report, a channel sensing result of the first device, and information provided by a host of the first device.

Claims (33)

1 . A method for a first device of a wireless communication system to select a channel, the method comprising:

transmitting, by the first device to a second device, a first protocol data unit (PDU) including information indicating an enabling or disabling of a reporting of channel classification information;

receiving, by the first device from the second device, a first link layer (LL) acknowledgement of the first PDU, wherein a procedure of the enabling or disabling of the reporting of the channel classification information has completed when the first LL acknowledgement of the first PDU is received;

receiving a second PDU including a channel classification report from the second device after the channel classification report has been enabled by the first device based on the information indicating the enabling of the reporting of the channel classification information;

transmitting, to the second device, a second LL acknowledgement of the second PDU, wherein a procedure of the channel classification report has completed when the second LL acknowledgement of the second PDU is transmitted; and

determining a channel map based on at least one of the channel classification report, a channel sensing result of the first device, or information provided from a host of the first device,

wherein the second PDU is not transmitted by the second device to the first device based on the information indicating the disabling of the reporting of the channel classification information.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the channel classification report includes a channel state based on at least one of a channel sensing in a LL of the second device, or information provided from a host of the second device.

3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein:

the channel state includes good, bad, or unknown.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the first PDU is transmitted from the LL of the first device to the LL of the second device.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the second PDU is transmitted from the LL of the second device to the LL of the first device.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the channel map determined by the first device is provided to the second device.

7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

a frequency hopping pattern is applied based on the channel map.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the channel map indicates whether each of one or more channels is used.

9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the first device is a master device or a central device, and the second device is a slave device or a peripheral device.

10 . An apparatus on a side of a first device that performs channel selection in a wireless communication system, the apparatus comprising:

a transceiver for performing signal transmission and reception with a second device; and

a processor for controlling the transceiver and the apparatus,

wherein the processor is configured to:

transmit, to the second device through the transceiver, a first protocol data unit (PDU) including information indicating an enabling or disabling of a reporting of channel classification information;

receive, from the second device through the transceiver, a first link layer (LL) acknowledgement of the first PDU, wherein a procedure of the enabling or disabling of the reporting of the channel classification information has completed when the first LL acknowledgement of the first PDU is received;

receive a second PDU including a channel classification report from the second device through the transceiver after the channel classification report has been enabled by the first device based on the information indicating the enabling of the reporting of the channel classification information;

transmit, to the second device through the transceiver, a second LL acknowledgement of the second PDU, wherein a procedure of the channel classification report has completed when the second LL acknowledgement of the second PDU is transmitted; and

determine a channel map based on at least one of the channel classification report, a channel sensing result of the first device, or information provided from a host of the first device,

wherein the second PDU is not transmitted by the second device to the first device based on the information indicating the disabling of the reporting of the channel classification information.
