Abstract

A solid electrolyte is composed of a compound represented by the following formula. A a E b G c X d (A is at least one element selected from Li and Cs. E is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Al, Sc, Y, Zr, Hf and lanthanoids. G is at least one group selected from the group consisting of OH, BO 2 , BO 3 , BO 4 , B 3 O 6 , B 4 O 7 , CO 3 , NO 3 , AlO 2 , SiO 3 , SiO 4 , Si 2 O 7 , Si 3 O 9 , Si 4 O 11 , Si 6 O 18 , PO 3 , PO 4 , P 2 O 7 , P 3 O 10 , SO 3 , SO 4 , SO 5 , S 2 O 3 , S 2 O 4 , S 2 O 5 , S 2 O 6 , S 2 O 7 , S 2 O 8 , BF 4 , PF 6 and BOB. X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br and I. 0.5≤a<6, 0<b<2, 0.1<c≤6 and 0≤d≤6.1).

Claims (8)

1 . A solid electrolyte composed of a compound represented by the following formula (1),

(in the formula (1), A is Li and optionally one or both of Cs and Ca, E is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Al, Sc, Y, Zr, Hf and lanthanoids, G is at least one group selected from the group consisting of OH, BO 2 , BO 3 , BO 4 , B 3 O 6 , B 4 O 7 , CO 3 , NO 3 , AlO 2 , SiO 3 , SiO 4 , Si 2 O 7 , Si 3 O 9 , Si 4 O 11 , Si 6 O 18 , PO 3 , PO 4 , P 2 O 7 , P 3 O 10 , SO 3 , SO 4 , SO 5 , S 2 O 3 , S 2 O 4 , S 2 O 5 , S 2 O 6 , S 2 O 7 , S 2 O 8 , BF 4 , PF 6 , BOB, (COO) 2 , N, AlCl 4 , CF 3 SO 3 , CH 3 COO, CF 3 COO, OOC—(CH 2 ) 2 —COO, OOC—CH 2 —COO, OOC—CH(OH)—CH(OH)—COO, OOC—CH(OH)—CH 2 —COO, C 6 H 5 SO 3 , OOC—CH═CH—COO, OOC—CH═CH—COO, C(OH)(CH 2 COOH) 2 COO, AsO 4 , BiO 4 , CrO 4 , MnO 4 , PtF 6 , PtCl 6 , PtBr 6 , PtI 6 , SbO 4 , SeO 4 , TeO 4 , HCOO and CH 3 COO, X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br and I, 0.5≤a<6, 0.6<b<2, 0.1<c≤6, 1≤d≤6.1, BOB is bisoxalatoborate, OOC—(CH 2 ) 2 —COO is succinate, OOC—CH 2 —COO is malonate, OOC—CH(OH)—CH(OH)—COO is tartrate, OOC—CH(OH)—CH 2 —COO is malate, C 6 H 5 SO 3 is benzene sulfonate, OOC—CH═CH—COO is fumarate, OOC—CH═CH—COO is maleate and C(OH)(CH 2 COOH) 2 COO is citrate).

2 . A solid electrolyte battery comprising:

a solid electrolyte layer;

a positive electrode; and

a negative electrode,

wherein at least one selected from the solid electrolyte layer, the positive electrode and the negative electrode contains the solid electrolyte according to claim 1 .
