Abstract

An apparatus for updating a user profile based on a user file is included. Apparatus may include a processor and a memory communicatively connected to processor. Memory may contain instructions configuring processor to identify a plurality of profile sections in a user profile comprising a profile content; receive a user file; parse document content in user file by identifying a plurality of document sections in user file, categorizing a first document section of plurality of document sections of user file, identifying at least a document subsection of first document section, and categorizing document content in a first document subsection of at least a document subsection; and insert document content in at least one of the plurality of profile sections based on categorization of first document section and categorization of first document subsection.

Claims (52)

1. An apparatus for updating a user profile based on a user file, the apparatus comprising:

at least a processor; and

a memory communicatively connected to the at least a processor, the memory containing instructions configuring the at least a processor to:

communicatively connect to a user profile for a user, the user profile comprising a plurality of profile sections;

receive a user file associated with the user;

parse document content from the user file, wherein parsing the document content comprises:

identifying at least one document section in the user file; and

categorizing the at least one document section in the user file;

insert the document section into a profile section of the plurality of profile sections as a function of the categorizing; and

post the document content of the document section to an immutable sequential listing.

2. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein categorizing the at least one document section in the user file comprises analyzing content of the at least one document section and determining a content category for the content of the at least one document section.

3. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein categorizing the at least one document section in the user file comprises matching the at least one document to one profile section of the plurality of profile sections.

4. The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein matching the at least one document section to the one profile section of the plurality of profile sections comprises:

receiving a plurality of synonyms for the plurality of profile sections;

comparing a header for the at least one document section and the plurality of synonyms for the plurality of profile sections; and

matching the at least one document section to the one profile section of the plurality of profile sections based on the comparison.

5. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein categorizing the at least one document section in the user file comprises:

receiving section categorizer training data, the section categorizer training data comprising document sections and corresponding categories of the document sections correlated to corresponding assigned categories;

training a section categorizer machine-learning model as a function of the section categorizer training data; and

categorizing the at least one document section in the user file as a function of the trained section categorizer machine-learning model.

6. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein categorizing the at least one document section in the user file comprises:

identifying, by the at least a processor, at least one keyword from the at least one document section; and

determining, by the at least a processor, a category for the at least one document section based on the at least one keyword.

7. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein inserting the organized document content into one profile section of the plurality of profile sections comprises detecting synonymous terms.

8. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein detecting synonymous terms comprises detecting the synonymous terms using a language processing module.

9. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein inserting the organized document content into one profile section of the plurality of profile sections comprises detecting synonymous phrases.

10. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein detecting synonymous phrases comprises detecting the synonymous phrases using a language processing module.

11. A method for updating a user profile based on a user file, the method comprising:

communicatively connecting, by at least a processor, to a user profile for a user, the user profile comprising a plurality of profile sections;

receiving, by the at least a processor, a user file associated with the user;

parsing, by the at least a processor, document content from the user file, wherein parsing the document content comprises:

identifying at least one document section in the user file; and

categorizing the at least one document section in the user file;

inserting, by the at least a processor, the document section into a profile section of the plurality of profile sections as a function of the categorizing; and

posting, by the at least a processor, the document content of the document section to an immutable sequential listing.

12. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein categorizing the at least one document section in the user file comprises analyzing, by the at least a processor, content of the at least one document section and determining, by the at least a processor, a content category for the content of the at least one document section.

13. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein categorizing the at least one document section in the user file comprises matching, by the at least a processor, the at least one document to one profile section of the plurality of profile sections.

14. The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein matching the at least one document section to the one profile section of the plurality of profile sections comprises:

receiving, by the at least a processor, a plurality of synonyms for the plurality of profile sections;

comparing, by the at least a processor, a header for the at least one document section and the plurality of synonyms for the plurality of profile sections; and

matching, by the at least a processor, the at least one document section to the one profile section of the plurality of profile sections based on the comparison.

15. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein categorizing the at least one document section in the user file comprises:

receiving, by the at least a processor, section categorizer training data, the section categorizer training data comprising document sections and corresponding categories of the document sections correlated to corresponding assigned categories;

training, by the at least a processor, a section categorizer machine-learning model as a function of the section categorizer training data; and

categorizing, by the at least a processor, the at least one document section in the user file as a function of the trained section categorizer machine-learning model.

16. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein categorizing the at least one document section in the user file comprises:

identifying, by the at least a processor, at least one keyword from the at least one document section; and

determining, by the at least a processor, a category for the at least one document section based on the at least one keyword.

17. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein inserting the organized document content into one profile section of the plurality of profile sections comprises detecting, by the at least a processor, synonymous terms.

18. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein detecting synonymous terms comprises detecting, by the at least a processor, the synonymous terms using a language processing module.

19. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein inserting the organized document content into one profile section of the plurality of profile sections comprises detecting, by the at least a processor, synonymous phrases.

20. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein detecting synonymous phrases comprises detecting, by the at least a processor, the synonymous phrases using a language processing module.
