Compounds and methods for treatment of viral infections
Compounds and methods of using said compounds, singly or in combination with additional agents, and salts or pharmaceutical compositions of said compounds for the treatment of viral infections are disclosed.
1. A compound of Formula:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , wherein the pharmaceutical formulation is for oral administration.
4. A method of treating a coronavirus infection in a human in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering to the human the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, is administered to the human via oral administration.
6. The method of claim 4 , wherein the method comprises administering to the human at least one additional therapeutic or prophylactic agent.
7. The method claim 4 , wherein the coronavirus infection is a zoonotic coronavirus infection.
8. The method of claim 4 , wherein the coronavirus infection is a SARS-CoV-2 infection.

10. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 9 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
11. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 , wherein the pharmaceutical formulation is for oral administration.
12. A method of treating a coronavirus infection in a human in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering to the human the compound of claim 9 .
13. The method of claim 12 , wherein the compound is administered to the human via oral administration.
14. The method of claim 12 , wherein the method comprises administering to the human at least one additional therapeutic or prophylactic agent.
15. The method of claim 12 , wherein the coronavirus infection is a zoonotic coronavirus infection.
16. The method of claim 12 , wherein the coronavirus infection is a SARS-CoV-2 infection.
