Abstract

A system and method to provide user marketing recommendations or suggestions based on a health diagnosis, using a radio frequency tag in communication with a human or animal, a radio frequency reader, and a computing device. A motion of the human or animal is detected by the radio frequency tag to generate a signal containing a vital sign, which is utilized by the computing device to determine a diagnosis and a treatment. Marketing information is sent to the user interface device about a drink, food, medical product or pharmaceutical product used in the treatment.

Claims (46)

1. A system to provide user marketing recommendations or suggestions based on a health diagnosis, comprising:

a radio frequency tag in communication with a human or an animal;

a computing device comprising a processor and a non-volatile, non-transitory memory, and configured to communicate with a user interface device, the computing device configured to utilize artificial intelligence;

a radio frequency reader in communication with the computing device and configured to receive a signal from the radio frequency tag;

the radio frequency tag configured to measure a motion of the human or the animal to provide a measured motion, wherein the measured motion comprises a vital sign;

the radio frequency tag configured to send a signal to the radio frequency reader, the signal containing vital sign data;

an application stored in the non-volatile, non-transitory memory, configured to use artificial intelligence, and executable by the processor to:

interpret the vital sign data to determine a level of the measured motion;

determine whether the level of motion fails, maintains, reaches or exceeds a determined level;

determine a diagnosis based on the level of motion;

generate a treatment comprising at least one of a drink, a food, a medical product or a pharmaceutical product;

generate marketing information for the drink, the food, the medical product or the pharmaceutical product; and

transmit the marketing information to the user interface device.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the marketing information comprises a brand of the drink, the food, the medical or the pharmaceutical product.

3. The system of claim 2 , wherein the marketing information further comprises at least one of a URL, price, place, promotion, marketing collateral, coupon, promotional material, recipe, menu, sale, discount, and brochure.

4. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a human or an animal account comprising a profile in the memory, wherein the profile comprises at least one of personal data, the drink, the food, the medical product, the pharmaceutical product, a prior health condition, an existing health condition; a prior medical condition; an existing medical condition; the treatment; a prior treatment, a doctor, a health metric, health record, the diagnosis, a prior diagnosis, and medical history.

5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the radio frequency tag comprising a radio frequency identification tag, an NFC tag, or a radio frequency tag configured to use a Bluetooth protocol.

6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the radio frequency tag is configured to send identity information about the human or the animal to the computing device and the computing device is configured to read and interpret the signal containing information about the identity or the measured motion of the human or the animal when in contact or close proximity to the radio frequency tag.

7. The system of claim 1 , further comprising the application configured to transmit the diagnosis and treatment to the user interface.

8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the radio frequency tag is configured to generate an ambient environmental data to detect or identify data related to an ambient gas or a contaminant; generate a recommendation, a suggestion or an action based on the detection or identification of the gas or the contaminant; and transmit the recommendation, the suggestion or the action based on the detection or identification of the gas or the contaminant to the user interface device.

9. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a camera in communication with the computing device and the artificial intelligence configured to identify the drink, the food, the medical product or the pharmaceutical product using the camera.

10. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface device comprising a microphone and a speaker, wherein the artificial intelligence is configured to communicate with the user through the microphone and speaker.

11. The system of claim 1 , wherein the vital sign data is based on motion of at least one of an iris, tissue, blood, a body, facial, a heart, and a respiration.

12. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface device comprises at least one of a smart speaker, a speaker, a smartphone, a server, a handheld device, a tablet, a computer, a watch, glasses, an appliance, a refrigerator or a display to display information.

13. The system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device is configured to generate a purchase order or delivery order for the drink, the food, the medical product or the pharmaceutical product to a service provider to fulfil the purchase order or delivery order.

14. The system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device is configured to generate or to transmit a payment to a healthcare insurance provider or to the service provider for the diagnosis, the treatment, the product or the product delivery.

15. The system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device is configured to select a doctor based on the diagnosis, the body motion, the vital sign, the treatment or the product.

16. The system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device, using artificial intelligence, is configured to generate marketing information based on the identity of at least one of the following: a brand; a medical product; a healthcare product; a well-being product; a treatment product; a pharmaceutical product; a drink product; a food product; a healthcare insurance provider, a product or service related to the product, a product fulfillment service, a delivery service, a doctor, a healthcare service or a payment service.

17. The system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device is configured to use artificial intelligence to generate a pharmaceutical product for the human or the animal based on the diagnosis or treatment.

18. A method of providing user marketing recommendations or suggestions based on a health diagnosis, comprising:

providing a radio frequency tag in communication with a human or an animal;

providing a computing device comprising a processor and a non-volatile, non-transitory memory, and configured to communicate with a user interface device, the computing device configured to utilize artificial intelligence;

providing a radio frequency reader in communication with the computing device and configured to receive a signal from the radio frequency tag;

measuring by the radio frequency tag a motion of the human or the animal to provide a measured motion, wherein the measured motion comprises a vital sign;

sending a signal from the radio frequency tag to the radio frequency reader, the signal containing vital sign data;

the computing device using the application and artificial intelligence to:

interpret the vital sign data to determine a level of the measured motion;

determine whether the level of motion fails, maintains, reaches or exceeds a determined level;

determine a diagnosis based on the level of motion;

generate a treatment comprising at least one of a drink, a food, a medical product or a pharmaceutical product;

generate marketing information for the drink, the food, the medical product or the pharmaceutical product; and
