Abstract

An optical system disclosed to an embodiment of the invention includes first to seventh lenses sequentially arranged along an optical axis from the object side to the image side, wherein the first lens has a negative refractive power, and the third lens has a positive refractive power The object-side surface of the first lens may be concave, the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the third lens may be convex, and the third lens may be satisfied the following Equation 1: 0.5<f3/F<1.5 (In Equation 1, F denotes an effective focal length of the optical system, and f3 denotes a focal length of the third lens).

Claims (81)

1 . An optical system comprising:

first to seventh lenses sequentially arranged along an optical axis from an object side to an image side,

wherein the first lens has a negative refractive power,

wherein the third lens has a positive refractive power,

wherein an object-side surface of the first lens is concave on a region corresponding to the optical axis,

wherein each of an object-side surface and an image-side surface of the third lens is convex on a region corresponding to the optical axis,

wherein the third lens satisfies the following Equation 1:

0.5< f 3/ F< 1.5  [Equation 1]

in Equation 1, F means an effective focal length of the optical system, and f3 means a focal length of the third lens,

wherein the second and third lenses satisfy the following Equation 1-1:

10<| L 2 R 1/ L 3 R 2|<300  [Equation 1-1]

in Equation 1-1, L2R1 means a radius of curvature of an object-side surface of the second lens, and L3R2 means a radius of curvature of an image-side surface of the third lens.

2 . The optical system of claim 1 , wherein the fourth lens has a negative refractive power,

wherein an image-side surface of the fourth lens is concave on a region corresponding to the optical axis, and

wherein an image-side surface of the second lens is convex on a region corresponding to the optical axis.

3 . The optical system of claim 2 , wherein the third and fourth lenses satisfy the following Equation 2:

1< L 3_ CT/L 4_ CT< 5  [Equation 2]

(In Equation 2, L3_CT means a center thickness of the third lens, and L4_CT means a center thickness of the fourth lens).

4 . The optical system of claim 2 , wherein the third and fourth lenses satisfy the following Equation:

1<| f 4|/| f 3|<5  [Equation 3]

(In Equation 3, f3 is the focal length of the third lens, and f4 is the focal length of the fourth lens).

5 . The optical system of claim 2 , wherein the sixth lens has a positive refractive power,

wherein an image side of the sixth lens is a convex.

6 . The optical system of claim 5 , wherein the fourth and sixth lenses satisfy the following Equation 4:

1< L 6_ CT/L 4_ CT< 5  [Equation 4]

(In Equation 4, L4_CT means a center thickness of the fourth lens, and L6_CT means a center thickness of the sixth lens).

7 . The optical system of claim 2 ,

wherein the seventh lens has negative refractive power,

wherein an image side of the seventh lens is concave on a region corresponding to the optical axis.

8 . The optical system of claim 5 , wherein the sixth and seventh lenses satisfy the following Equation 5:

0.5<| f 6|/| f 7|<2  [Equation 5]

(In Equation 5, f6 means a focal length of the sixth lens, and f7 means a focal length of the seventh lens).

9 . An optical system comprising:

first to seventh lenses sequentially arranged along an optical axis from an object side to an image side,

wherein the first lens has a negative refractive power,

wherein the third lens has a positive refractive power,

which each of an object-side surface and an image-side surface of the first lens is concave on a region corresponding to the optical axis,

wherein an image-side surface of the second lens is convex on a region corresponding to the optical axis,

wherein each of an object-side surface and an image-side surface of the third lens is convex on a region corresponding to the optical axis,

wherein the first lens includes a first inflection point disposed on the object-side surface,

wherein the first inflection point is disposed at a position of 25% to 60% with respect to a direction perpendicular to the optical axis, when the optical axis is a starting point and an end point of the object-side surface of the first lens is an end point, and

wherein the second and third lenses satisfy the following Equation 1-1:

in Equation 1-1, L2R1 means a radius of curvature of an object-side surface of the second lens, and L3R2 means a radius of curvature of an image-side surface of the third lens.

10 . The optical system of claim 9 , wherein at least one of an object-side surface and an image-side surface of the seventh lens includes an inflection point.

11 . The optical system of claim 10 , wherein the seventh lens comprises a second inflection point disposed on the object-side surface,

wherein the second inflection point is disposed at a position of 25% to 55% with respect to a direction perpendicular to the optical axis, when the optical axis is a starting point and an end of the object-side surface of the seventh lens is an end point.

12 . The optical system of claim 11 , wherein the seventh lens comprises a third inflection point disposed on the image-side surface,

wherein the third inflection point is disposed at a position of 55% to 90% with respect to the direction perpendicular to the optical axis, when the optical axis is the starting point and an end point of the image-side surface of the seventh lens is an end point.

13 . The optical system of claim 12 , wherein a distance between the optical axis and the third inflection point in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis is greater than a distance between the optical axis and the second inflection point.

14 . The optical system of claim 1 , wherein the object-side surface of the second lens is convex on a region corresponding to the optical axis, and an image-side surface of the second lens is convex on a region corresponding to the optical axis.

15 . The optical system of claim 1 , wherein the object-side surface of the second lens is concave on a region corresponding to the optical axis,

wherein a center thickness of the first lens is L1_CT,

wherein a center thickness of the second lens is L2_CT, and

wherein the optical system satisfies the following Equation:

0.5< L 1_ CT/L 2_ CT< 2.5.  Equation:

16 . The optical system of claim 1 ,

wherein an image-side surface of the second lens is convex on a region corresponding to an optical axis,

wherein a center thickness of the second lens is L2_CT,

wherein a center thickness of the third lens is L3_CT, and

wherein the optical system satisfies the following Equation:

0< L 2_ CT/L 3_ CT< 1.  [Equation]

17 . The optical system of claim 1 ,

wherein an image-side surface of the second lens is convex on a region corresponding to an optical axis,

wherein a center thickness of the third lens is L3_CT,

wherein a center thickness of the fourth lens is L4_CT, and

wherein the optical system satisfies the following Equation:

1.5< L 3_ CT/L 4_ CT< 3.5.  [Equation]

18 . The optical system of claim 9 , wherein the object-side surface of the second lens is convex on a region corresponding to the optical axis,

wherein a center thickness of the first lens is L1_CT,

wherein a center thickness of the second lens is L2_CT, and

wherein the optical system satisfies the following Equation:

0.5< L 1_ CT/L 2_ CT< 2.5.  Equation:

19 . The optical system of claim 9 ,

wherein the object-side surface of the second lens is concave on a region corresponding to the optical axis,

wherein a center thickness of the second lens is L2_CT,

wherein a center thickness of the third lens is L3_CT, and

wherein the optical system satisfies the following Equation:

0< L 2_ CT/L 3_ CT< 1.  [Equation]

20 . The optical system of claim 9 ,

wherein the fifth lens has a meniscus shape in which a region corresponding to the optical axis is convex toward the object side.
