2. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the first and second inorganic layers of the thin-film encapsulation layer extend outside the plurality of protrusions and contact each other outside of an outermost protrusion among the plurality of protrusions.

3. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of protrusions are spaced apart from each other.

4. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the dam portion surrounds the display area.

5. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:

a thin-film transistor electrically coupled to the organic light-emitting device;

a passivation layer between the thin-film transistor and the organic light-emitting device; and

a pixel-defining layer defining a pixel region of the organic light-emitting device,

wherein the dam portion comprises a same material as at least one selected from the passivation layer and the pixel-defining layer.

6. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 5 , wherein,

the dam portion comprises a first layer and a second layer on the first layer, and

at least one of the first layer and the second layer comprises the same material as the passivation layer.

7. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the thin-film transistor comprises:

an active layer;

a gate electrode;

a source electrode; and

a drain electrode,

wherein,

a gate insulating layer is located between the active layer and the gate electrode,

an interlayer insulating layer is located between the gate electrode and the source and drain electrodes, and

the gate insulating layer and the interlayer insulating layer extend outside of the at least three protrusions.

8. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the first inorganic layer of the thin-film encapsulation layer contacts the interlayer insulating layer outside of an outermost protrusion among the plurality of protrusions.

9. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:

a power supply wire located in the non-display area, the power supply wire being electrically coupled to the organic light-emitting device,

wherein a part of the dam portion, in the plan view, overlaps the power supply wire.

11. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 10 , wherein a part of the second inorganic layer of the thin-film encapsulation layer directly contacts the first inorganic layer in a region in which the first inorganic layer directly contacts the upper surface of the power supply wire.

12. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the dam portion overlaps and contacts at least an outer edge of the power supply wire.

13. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the organic light-emitting device comprises:

a first electrode;

a second electrode facing the first electrode; and

an intermediate layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and

wherein a part of the second electrode, in the plan view, overlaps the power supply wire.

14. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 13 , further comprising a wire located between the power supply wire and the second electrode,

wherein the power supply wire and the second electrode are electrically coupled to each other through the wire.

15. The organic light-emitting display apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the wire comprises a same material as the first electrode.

16. An organic light-emitting display apparatus comprising:

a substrate;

a display area on the substrate and comprising an organic light-emitting device;
