Abstract

The embodiments set forth a technique implemented by a computing device. The technique includes the steps of (1) receiving one or more characteristics associated with a user, wherein the one or more characteristics comprise personal information, performance information, measurement information, cohort information, familial information, comorbidity information, healthcare professional information, or some combination thereof; (2) determining, based on the one or more characteristics, one or more conditions of the user, wherein the one or more conditions pertain to cardiac health, pulmonary health, bariatric health, oncologic health, cardio-oncologic health, or some combination thereof; (3) based on the one or more conditions, identifying, using one or more trained machine learning models, one or more subgroups to present via the display, wherein the one or more subgroups represent different partitions of the one or more characteristics; and (4) presenting, via the display, the one or more subgroups.

Claims (64)

1. A computer-implemented system, comprising:

an electromechanical machine configured to be manipulated by a user while the user performs a treatment plan;

an interface comprising a display configured to present information pertaining to the user, treatment plan, or both; and

a computing device that includes one or more processing devices configured to cause the computing device to:

receive one or more characteristics associated with the user, wherein the one or more characteristics comprise personal information, performance information, measurement information, cohort information, familial information, comorbidity information, healthcare professional information, or some combination thereof;

determine, based on the one or more characteristics, one or more conditions of the user, wherein the one or more conditions pertain to cardiac health, pulmonary health, bariatric health, oncologic health, cardio-oncologic health, or some combination thereof;

based on the one or more conditions, identify, using one or more trained machine learning models, one or more subgroups to present via the display, wherein the one or more subgroups represent different partitions of the one or more characteristics; and

present, via the display, the one or more subgroups.

2. The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processing devices are further configured to cause the computing device to:

present one or more graphical elements associated with the one or more subgroups.

3. The computer-implemented system of claim 2 , wherein the one or more graphical elements are arranged based on a priority, a severity, or both of the one or more subgroups.

4. The computer-implemented system of claim 2 , wherein the one or more graphical elements comprise at least one input mechanism that enables performing a preventative action.

5. The computer-implemented system of claim 4 , wherein the preventative action comprises:

modifying an operating parameter of the electromechanical machine,

contacting an emergency service,

initiating a telecommunications transmission,

contacting a respective computing device associated with the user,

contacting a healthcare professional,

displaying educational information, or

some combination thereof.

6. The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processing devices are further configured to cause the computing device to:

contact a second computing device of a healthcare professional if a portion of the one or more subgroups is presented on the display for a threshold period of time, if the portion of the one or more subgroups exceeds a threshold level, or both.

7. The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processing devices are further configured to cause the computing device to:

verify an identity of a healthcare professional prior to presenting the one or more subgroups on the display, wherein verifying the identity of the healthcare professional comprises verifying biometric data associated with the healthcare professional, initiating two-factor authentication (2FA) methods used by the healthcare professional, or using other authentication methods consistent with regulatory requirements.

8. A computer-implemented method, comprising, by a computing device:

receiving one or more characteristics associated with a user, wherein the one or more characteristics comprise personal information, performance information, measurement information, cohort information, familial information, comorbidity information, healthcare professional information, or some combination thereof;

determining, based on the one or more characteristics, one or more conditions of the user, wherein the one or more conditions pertain to cardiac health, pulmonary health, bariatric health, oncologic health, cardio-oncologic health, or some combination thereof;

based on the one or more conditions, identifying, using one or more trained machine learning models, one or more subgroups to present via the display, wherein the one or more subgroups represent different partitions of the one or more characteristics; and

presenting, via the display, the one or more subgroups.

9. The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , further comprising:

presenting one or more graphical elements associated with the one or more subgroups.

10. The computer-implemented method of claim 9 , wherein the one or more graphical elements are arranged based on a priority, a severity, or both of the one or more subgroups.

11. The computer-implemented method of claim 9 , wherein the one or more graphical elements comprise at least one input mechanism that enables performing a preventative action.

12. The computer-implemented method of claim 11 , wherein the preventative action comprises:

modifying an operating parameter of the electromechanical machine,

contacting an emergency service,

initiating a telecommunications transmission,

contacting a respective computing device associated with the user,

contacting a healthcare professional,

displaying educational information, or

some combination thereof.

13. The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , further comprising:

contacting a second computing device of a healthcare professional if a portion of the one or more subgroups is presented on the display for a threshold period of time, if the portion of the one or more subgroups exceeds a threshold level, or both.

14. The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , further comprising:

verifying an identity of a healthcare professional prior to presenting the one or more subgroups on the display, wherein verifying the identity of the healthcare professional comprises verifying biometric data associated with the healthcare professional, initiating two-factor authentication (2FA) methods used by the healthcare professional, or using other authentication methods consistent with regulatory requirements.

15. One or more tangible, non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors included in a computing device, cause the computing device to:

receive one or more characteristics associated with a user, wherein the one or more characteristics comprise personal information, performance information, measurement information, cohort information, familial information, comorbidity information, healthcare professional information, or some combination thereof;

determine, based on the one or more characteristics, one or more conditions of the user, wherein the one or more conditions pertain to cardiac health, pulmonary health, bariatric health, oncologic health, cardio-oncologic health, or some combination thereof;

based on the one or more conditions, identify, using one or more trained machine learning models, one or more subgroups to present via the display, wherein the one or more subgroups represent different partitions of the one or more characteristics; and

present, via the display, the one or more subgroups.

16. The one or more computer-readable media of claim 15 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the computing device to:

present one or more graphical elements associated with the one or more subgroups.

17. The one or more computer-readable media of claim 16 , wherein the one or more graphical elements are arranged based on a priority, a severity, or both of the one or more subgroups.

18. The one or more computer-readable media of claim 16 , wherein the one or more graphical elements comprise at least one input mechanism that enables performing a preventative action.

19. The one or more computer-readable media of claim 18 , wherein the preventative action comprises:

modifying an operating parameter of the electromechanical machine,

contacting an emergency service,

initiating a telecommunications transmission,

contacting a respective computing device associated with the user,

contacting a healthcare professional,

displaying educational information, or

some combination thereof.

20. The one or more computer-readable media of claim 15 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the computing device to:

contact a second computing device of a healthcare professional if a portion of the one or more subgroups is presented on the display for a threshold period of time, if the portion of the one or more subgroups exceeds a threshold level, or both.
